If a man feels he is born in the wrong body and becomes a transwoman, and therefore is now a woman by default because transwomen are women... but then he later feels that he's a man, not a woman.. does it mean that he's womantransman? transwomanman? transtranswomanman? can you trans and detrans your entire life?

It means he's a dude that's not mentally well and likely struggling.
