Melbourne Graffiti History… “CTSA” Inaugural Tawny Port Swiped right from the desk from the DSG headquarters at the infamous 301 Flinders Lane. These bottles were given to members of Victoria police in the late 80s - Early 90s after being inaugurated into the transit patrol or the “Transit Criminal Investigation Branch” Infamously known as CTSA “City Transits Slashing Artists” Being one of their many abbreviations, C.T.S.A were known for their ruthless & criminal ways of dealing with graffiti writers most of them were just as young as 14. We recently came across this bottle on Facebook marketplace and straight away swooped in knowing that this is a priceless piece of Melbourne Graffiti History. We have spoken to many prolific / Famous Melbourne writers and not one has ever seen one of these in the public’s possession.
