I had an idea for Behind The Mask and the two other stories.
Behind The Mask: Willow is somewhat new to Utah, so she decides to learn more about it for her introduction paper, discovering The Missing Children’s incident (like in the original story). Her new friends help her out with trying to find out where they went and what happened to them, and eventually she becomes so obsessed with avenging their deaths she becomes a sort of Anti-Vanny: She wants to kill William, and make him stay down. Forever.
Behind the mask being used in this context for both the killer and Willow’s descent into becoming the Anit-Vanny (She even gets her own mask in the form of Golden Freddy, to scare William and show that not only she knows, but that she’s coming for him).
Bed And Breakfast (Name Pending): Blair works at a arcade-hotel type place that has a small diner for everyday meals. Every fall they dress up the place like Freddy’s (As like a sort of transition to Halloween) and even have animatronics to perform. Blair has only been here since June, so she didn’t know this. Another worker, Fran, doesn’t like her since she’s way to friendly with the customers, even though she’s helping business boom. Fran is jealous how she can make everyone happy, and Blair tells her that it just happens. Even she doesn’t know how it works.
One day, Fran decides to prank her by trapping her in the storage facility till morning, which accidentally causes her to panic uncontrollably. She’s found with a wrapped up leg since she accidentally nicked it while freaking out. Fran feels bad and treats her to lunch, to which Blair confesses that when she was younger, she was trapped in Freddy’s as a cruel prank. Fran is sorry, but Blair says it’s okay and she didn’t know. Fran is curious, and sneaks into the storage facility, where she discovers the animatronics were active. They fondly speak about Blair, but that a rouge animatronic tried to attack her when she was younger.
Fran slowly becomes Blair’s friend before the Halloween party, but sees someone dressed as a yellow bunny stalking them. She makes sure Blair is away before confronting them, but gets attacked. She realizes that this is the animatronic that attacked Blair, so she lures them into the storage facility to get the animatronics to defend her.
Blair waits for Fran to come back, because she just ordered her favorite food: A Bonnie’s Delight, because she knew she loved Bonnie when she was younger.
It’s implied that either Fran told her her favorite food/animatronic, or Blair and Fran were friends when they were kids.
Hello? Hello? (Name Pending): Twins Damien and Percy keep getting confused for each other, so they both have different outfits and pins to show that they are not the same. It’s something most of the kids in their family have to deal with.
Damien gains a crush on his classmate Carson, who works at a Freddy’s themed store. Unfortunately, Percy also works there, and he’s confused him as Damien (who he also has a crush on). Percy decides to give him Damien’s phone number, but not to call during work, since the animatronics malfunction while near a ringing phone. He still hasn’t figured out why.
Carson calls Damien during overtime, which causes Chica to wake up and walk up to him. She only stares at him as he calls, and when he notices her, she walks away. Carson tells Percy, who is trying to fix Bonnie’s ears. Bonnie then stares at Carson, who’s still on the phone. He turned off the phone, and he stopped.
Carson, Percy, and Damien try and find out what’s happening by calling each other, causing Foxy to bolt out of Pirate’s Cove—just to stare at them. They stop calling, but Foxy doesn’t move. The three decide to examine him, learning he has a voice recognition software, and that it recognized the ringing of the phone.
They try with Freddy, and he just tries to choke Damien. They quickly stop calling, and Freddy just…stops. He stares at him dead in the eyes, at Percy, then back at Damien, and back at Percy. Damien takes his hands off him and bolts for the exit, with the other two in tow.
At work the next day, Percy gets a call, which makes Chica stop and look at him. Bonnie also looks at him, who’s trying to hang up, but it doesn’t stop ringing. Damien notices that Foxy is also looking at him, until Percy finally gets it to stop ringing. Then, there was a ringing in the Backrooms, so they both go there to investigate.
After the party, Carson can’t find Percy and Damien, so he looks in the backrooms, seeing that both of them are holding their phones, which are still ringing—even after both of them are dead, being choked to death by Freddy, who couldn’t figure out which one was which.
This time, they were getting a call from “Ethan Garvy”, and when it’s answered, he says: “Did you get him?”
Carson then calls the police.
It’s implied that Ethan purposely killed either Damien or Percy because they looked so similar to him. It’s also implied that he programmed the animatronics to recognize the ringing of their phones, but Freddy was the only one who attacked them.
Freddy couldn’t recognize which person to kill because they looked the same, so he killed them both.
Very interesting, I like these!
