I'm just noticing how smitten Lestat is when Louis turns up at the Fairplay for the first time after first spotting him on the street. He's all “bonsoir-Monsieur,-you-speak-French!” in one breath like he's forgotten how to breathe (clearly he’s thinking ‘destiny!’). And then after he gets over the surprise, he tries to act all cool and collected... Please! Lestat has no chill and has never had any chill when it comes to Louis.
