Great news! Brenda’s coming back to work Grooming services will resume in May! If you’re already booked in for April we will be calling you to reschedule for May. Booking is filled until end of May from all of the previous bookings that were made. If you’d like to make an appointment please book online at http://bnrbc.ca/online-booking/ We will be operating with the following strict physical distancing rules that must be adhered to: Drop off Mondays and before 12pm: Brenda will meet you at the front doors. Please knock when you arrive as the door will be locked. Upon entry, please remain behind the line on the floor/sign. Discuss what you would like done with the grooming. Brenda will ask you to put your dog behind the gate into the tub area or directly into the tub, remove their leash/collar/harness and then leave. Pick up Mondays and before 12pm: Brenda will meet you at the doors and let you in and lead you to the till. After payment she will ask you to go into the tub area and bring your dog to you and close the gate. You can then leash your dog and chat about the groom if needed. When ready to leave stand back and Brenda will open the gate and you may head out the front doors.
