I say this as someone who enjoys “traditional” exercises but men who profit online off of finding videos of lower-impact (usually) women’s exercise courses should be hunted for sport. If their cardio’s as good as they say they should be able to handle it
#traditional in scare quotes bc people make fun of cr*ssfit plenty too#but what I mean is I like working with weights and bodyweight and cardio it’s fun when I’m not questioning my life choices#however. people whose exercise needs/preferences/goals don’t line up with that shouldn’t be shamed. don’t be a tool.#also half those ‘silly-looking’ exercises are actually good cardio or abs or smth and the vids catch them at a rest#velyka hra
