Mornings. It’s a new day. Whatever happened yesterday is gone, but not forgotten. Hood on to the memories of yesterday and learn from them, but start today as a new day. A day of learning and making new memories. A day of living life to the fullest. Making the most use of your time while you still have it. Waking up at Rock Creek Lake in the Ouachita NF on this day was so special. It was the last day on a trip with the crew from @goxplorusa and we were headed to do a hike and then home. This past year I have concentrated on the rear of the FJ and making it better for different reasons. To be able to carry my needed gear and to take weight off my back door. The @expedition_one rear bumper changed everything. I can carry the @kc_actiontrax , dual water containers, @rotopaxofficial , spare tire, trash bag from @artemisoverland and the 11 lb propane tank mount from @badacadventureco It’s all there without the weight on the door. It’s perfect. It gives my baby back! It’s everything I need. Nothing more or less. At ShowMe @rigscoffee yesterday at @artemisoverland It was not a fun process but it’s done and I’m very excited to experience this @gofsr Evolution series hardshell RTT Swipe ➡️ to see that the mounting brackets on the RTT would not line up with the openings in the @rhinorackusa platform. So some good friends @albert_recon and @rynobuilt helped me out by disassembling the tent and moving the mounting bracket over to fit on the platform. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be after my first assessment.
