my tumblr theme is fine and good but i want a theme that has tags and allows for multiple images to be displayed as decorations

what IS it with the amount of hyperminimalistic themes on this site omfg...they're pretty n all but they come in such abundance that I can't find the type of thing I'm lookin for...my theme needs flavour!!

its a lot harder to find specific themes even with blogs dedicated to reblogging them in a hub

What's toyhouse?

toyhouse is an artist/social media website designed to help you store your ocs and develop them!! It’s also very big on the adoptable scene. It definitely has it’s downfalls, but if you want an oc-driven community, this is probably your best shot. It’s also very supportive of the rp community.

I’d say one of the biggest perks with toyhouse is that you can comment and reply to forum threads in character. Like, there’s a whole button for it and everything. it’s SUPER roleplay friendly and designed to help you show off specific characters. you wanna comment on your friends profile? you can do so IN CHARACTER as any of your registered characters!! There’s also no limit to the amount of characters you can store, and they can be organized in folders.

One of the biggest downfalls (and the personal biggest turn off for me) of toyhouse is that it’s an invite-only website. The servers can only hold so many people, so premium members are given invite codes that they can give out to others. (I know, it sucks.) unfortunately I’m not a premium member but if you’d like an invite code, your best shot of finding one is here. premium members will often post that they have a bunch and you can message them and get codes from them! tbh PLEASE don’t pay for or trade art for invite codes, you’re being scammed and they’re virtually worthless. there are plenty of people out there who are willing to give them out for free. it’s not like paying for something that someone worked for, they didn’t earn anything for these codes.just find someone who’s giving them out for free
