Random prompt?

I’d just got random kaishin idea when I was on the bus (very crowded) I think it same applied to Japan trains. If there’s any fiction in this prompt pls send me I really want to read it!! (Sorry for my broken Eng)

It’s happened on the train when Shinichi got himself on the train and there was so crowded, then he smelled something really similar so he wonder whom belong to it, and when he looked up from his phone to see the person with the scent, The teenager boy who looked so familiar to him (Kaito pretend to look away as much as possible). Shinichi knew instantly it was KID (he remembered Kaitou KID scent. He had been in KID arms so many times). They both knew Kaito could easily flee away with his smoke bomb and his disguise skill, so Shinichi just grabbed Kaito’s wrist and leaned into whisper to his ear “I have no intention to capture you today, KID. But you need to do me a favour.” And Shinichi held a piece of paper with another hand then putted it in Kaito’s pocket.

Karushuu prompt

Karma & Shuu wake up to realise his life was only created by an author (they don’t know who that author is but just know that someone created this world and decided their life) They don’t know the storyline either.

Setting:

They start to hear a voice ordering them to do/say something when they are on a scene (the voice is incredibly strong).

Struggling out of the script would gain them a penalty.

The world is in anime style which they realised is  not how it should be (it’s a 2D, not 3D world). The places that are not being drawn by animators look like  weird abstract art.

The flow of time is abnormal (scene changing/time skip), they notice it but they don’t know how it works.

Most NPCs are faceless and have glitched voices (like Hazawa the culprit from Conan but creepier) expect some would have low-pixel faces when on the screen or being voiceover. 

So Karma’s parents were just NPCs and it made him feel so disgusted. 

If they’re not on the scene, they can act on their own will.

They can manage to wake up others but it depends on their own power to control themselves against the will of the script (Korosensei and Gakuhou).

If you consider to awake Korosensei and/or Gakuhou, the focus point of them would be their past, for Korosensei his former job and Aguri, and for Gakuhou Ikeda and Gakushuu (making him feel guilty for Shuu).

NPCs and side characters can’t be awakened or notice the awakened people acting off

They could still order NPCs to do things because they're free from author’s control. A more complicated order could only be used for side characters (who have more complexity).

Maybe consider to have ‘ a condition’ to make the plot loose’.

After the canon ending (Korosensei’s death), the world turns into the complete world (like a real world) and there’s no shackles so they can live freely. 

Gakuhou adopted Karma (platonic) or Karushuu as a couple (romantic), depending on the writer.

I don’t have any specific on the storyline and the setting can be adjusted (just keeping all main ideas).
