An applicant must be certain of which speciality he or she wishes to explore a career before pursuing a masters' course in law (LLM). You would have an advantage over other students who have sought the same specialization if you study it at a college that is renowned for it.
 Course Selection
You need to be certain which course would better fit your priorities and requirements before applying for a program. Some applicants choose to enrol in a standardized law program and achieve their graduation in five years, while others choose to complete their degree in either field first and then enrol in a Bachelor of Law or LLB course, even though this would take them one additional year. You must learn the ins and outs of each curriculum and select the one that will help you advance your career most. Once you've settled on a curriculum, finding the best law colleges in Maharashtra that specialize in that field becomes much easier.
 Infrastructural development
A college's infrastructure plays a significant role in its overall reputation and visibility, and the value of good infrastructure in a law school is even greater.  The BCI or the Bar Council of India has made Moot Courts obligatory for all law schools within the country.  As a result, you must determine whether or not the college to which you are applying holds daily moot sessions. Since the law is a field that can never be taught in a locked environment and requires practical expertise, moot courts are an unavoidable part of every law course. There are a few colleges and universities that encourage students to compete in Moot Court contests.
