Now i got a little army coming along... pretty soon there'll be enough people to fill the whole town.

Mr. Wad: Owner of Mr. Wad's Candy Shop (and taxes) on Silly Street. Boisterous, maybe a bit abrasive, but still a jolly fellow- he's like if Santa Clause came from New York. Mr Wad knows what he is, a cashbot that is, and he knows he shouldn't put his natural talents to waste, but he also loves candy more than any cog, or even toon, in toonotwn, so he figured "why not both?" And that's how his shop was created. You won't find anyone who's as happy to work with beans as he is.

Little Sparky Fluffernut: Local kid who stops by from time-to-time for homework help and some circus peanuts. Though he's an ace at tooning, specially for his age, he just stinks at math. He visits Mr Wad cause he's good at counting and all that junk, but also because he just likes talking to him. Mr Wad may be old, but he's old in a cool way. Similarly, Mr Wad likes talking to sparky cause he's witty and he's got that pep in his step. That pup's his little buddy, and god help anyone who messes with his little buddy.
