They major in GENDER STUDIES and you can find them CAUSING PROBLEMS ON PURPOSE WORKING AT THE STUDENT CENTER on most days. scratch that. you know nathan fielder, eric andre, jeff goldblum, and the like? he’s like if all of them had a baby -- no, wait, that’s not what i mean. actually, whatever.

he didn’t go to college on the normal path because of course he didn’t - why would he do what everyone else was doing?

he spent a few years travelling, worked some odd jobs, met some odd people, and realized he was the oddest.

one day she sat down in her apartment - well, not her apartment, technically, a friend of a friend of a friend of an enemy of a cousin’s - and watched animal house for the first time and thought, “yeah, i could do that”

they enrolled in classes that same week

they chose gender studies because they thought it would be the funniest to do (also, they really like gender theories, but hush, she would never admit she takes anything seriously)

even i don’t know if she acts based off good or evil intentions, maybe just for the laughs

if ben could go back in time, he would kick his nineteen year old self in the ass. no, that’s not true. he’d probably tell him to, like, invest in crypto or something. something smart. then, he’d kick himself in the ass. because why in the hell did he choose astronomy as a major. why couldn’t he have chosen something easy? like, neuroscience or russian. classical mandarin. anything would’ve been easier than whatever level of physics or math he was supposed to already know by now.

“when i make contact with aliens, the first thing i’m gonna do is ban math,” he mumbles to himself, crossing out another page of messy equations.

Hello! I’m Jax and this is Garfield -- Gar for short. A lot of his background is gonna come straight from comic/cartoon sources. If anyone is interested in plotting, starting a thread, whatever... please send me a message!

Gar spent the early years of his life growing up with his biologist parents in Africa (think Cady from Mean Girls lol)

During their time there Gar became very sick and ended up bedridden for some time

While trying to get medication for their son, his parents unfortunately lost their lives in a car accident

From there Gar ended up with some rather eccentric extended family; that he loves but doesn’t always feel like he fits in with

Gar is very passionate about animals and the environment. Very left leaning politically and passionate about everything he cares about.

Gar is a goofball, think class clown who masks what he’s actually feeling with jokes

Will try to befriend you, your dog, your aunt, etc. lmao

Frequent eater, video game lover, any exciting adventure you’ve got in mind, he’s coming
