A procedure for establishing a proposition
A procedure for establishing a proposition is a set of steps or rules that guide the process of making a claim or an argument. Depending on the context and the purpose of the proposition, different procedures may apply. For example:
If you want to establish a proposition for a persuasive speech, you need to identify your main claim, your target audience, and your supporting evidence. You also need to consider the type of proposition you are making, whether it is a proposition of fact, value, or policy.
If you want to establish a proposition for a scientific hypothesis, you need to formulate a testable and falsifiable statement that explains a phenomenon or predicts an outcome. You also need to design an experiment or an observation that can verify or reject your proposition based on empirical data.
If you want to establish a proposition for a legislative initiative or referendum, you need to follow the guidelines and requirements of your state or jurisdiction. These may include an application process, registering sponsors, submitting the full text and an explanation of the measure, collecting signatures, and filing with the appropriate office.
A procedure for establishing a customer value proposition is a set of steps or rules that guide the process of creating a statement that describes how your products or services solve your customers' problems, deliver specific benefits, and tell them why they should buy from you instead of your competitors¹. Depending on the context and the purpose of the customer value proposition, different procedures may apply. For example:
If you want to establish a customer value proposition for a new product or service, you need to identify your target market, analyze your product's features and benefits, evaluate your competitors' offerings, and craft a clear and compelling message that highlights your unique value².
If you want to establish a customer value proposition for an existing product or service, you need to review your current value proposition, collect feedback from your customers and prospects, test different versions of your value proposition, and measure the impact on your sales and conversions³.
If you want to establish a customer value proposition for a specific segment or niche, you need to research your customers' needs, preferences, and pain points, segment your market based on relevant criteria, tailor your value proposition to each segment's characteristics and goals, and communicate it effectively through appropriate channels⁴.

Hoping...and then?
“I hope I get a promotion” and “I hope to be successful” are some of usually desires of working millennial, I included. The usual usage of this word makes it more like a wish, rather than its true meaning.
Hope as defined by in the Merriam Webster Dictionary is the want or desire for something to be fulfilled with confidence. With the main context of the definition as “want” and “confidence”, this means that hoping for something without doing anything to obtain it does not do justice for the word.
In our recent seminar in one of my MBA classes, the hope theory was introduced. This is a theory crafted from Charles Snyder that talks about achieving one’s desires by acting upon it and using three main steps as a guide. The steps include (1) Listing down your desire – this can be a long term or short-term goal that you are focused to attain, (2) strategizing pathways that you can create (learning or developing a new skill) or already have (can be your strengths and weaknesses) that would be pivotal in your journey, and (3) Holding on to one’s will power or finding your support system that would help you in achieving your goal. These steps are rather simple and easy to follow. With the speaker providing two examples of how he used the hope theory in reaching his personal and career goals – a truly inspiring application of the theory and manifestation of its effectiveness.
Tumblr media
As I was listening to his talk, I came to the idea to try it for myself. I tried to list down things that would fit in the hope theory steps but eventually got stock. I realized that the bottleneck for my action plan is really my goal. I would always say to myself that I want to be successful. Although a positive thought, this word is rather vague and aiming to be successful would be unending and tiring. Without defining what being successful really is for me would just make me expect too much on myself and later on can be a source of frustration.
Hence as apply the hope theory in my life, the first thing that I vow to do is to narrow down my definition of being successful. I should divide my goals into categories such as personal, professional, and societal. Thereafter, work on making SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Timely) Objectives and proceed to step 2 and 3. With this, I’m HOPING to finally be able to organize my thoughts and prepare myself to achieve greater for the next year.

Music Video Blog 2
Taking upon this winter music video course it has given me a first-person perspective in collaborating in a group to create a music video. For the production we had a:
Producer- Sorted times, locations and discussed terms with artist.
Director- Leading the story and pointing directions on production.
Camera Operator- In charge of camera shots and shooting
Editor- Post- production – Edits the final video.
Art Director- In charge of the set and how it looks.
Komiti was our chosen artist who performed “This is my time”. We were lucky in our pick as Komiti was easy going and great to work with. He did not mind putting in the extra effort to create a perfect music video. I learned that to get the best result requires a motivated consumer.
The theory of Habitus investigates how a unity of people is rather effective in achieving something. This in many ways is how the creation of any production is achieved.  Therefore, Habitus’ theory is how we were able to manage our time well and create our music video with strengths in every category.  “The way society becomes deposited in persons in the form of lasting dispositions, or trained capacities and structured propensities to think, feel and act in determinant ways, which then guide them” This is a quote from Habitus and discusses how if collaborating, one’s determination can be shared thus guiding them to the finish line.
Reflective practice is a key ingredient to the creation of our music videos. It involves reflecting on there actions and learning as they do. Donald Schon was a philosopher/ professor who published a book upon reflective practice. This is valuable in the music video as it all is about learning from experience. I felt that as it was my first time entering this type of work, I required this skill. I felt that it was a rather slow process for me to become useful but by the time it was filming day I felt I was having as big of an impact as anyone else on set.
The major problem we faced was time management as we were given a week to have a music video completed. I learned the importance in having time management skills as in the real-world scenarios can play out ultimately affecting the speed in which we have to get things completed. My role as art director I learned was an important one as it involved how we would display what we wished upon screen. At times I felt I had let the team down as I was quite new to this type of thing whereas I am rather convinced the rest of the crew differs. Another learning point for me was how as a group we were able to collaborate, develop ideas and play out those ideas on stage. I learned how affective the collaboration in a team is and how impossible it would be any other way. I would have to say that in post-production whereas it is helpful to combine ideas it is easier to edit whilst alone rather than collaboration. I have discovered that you are in a better mindset when alone for editing and ultimately is less time consuming.
In conclusion upon taking up this task I have learned the importance in collaboration. I feel whereas I took upon the role of art designer I also obtained knowledge for other key roles of the production. This majorly includes how many shots are required to get a good music video. This was discovered upon editing the video as I learned that the large majority of clips is a pain to go through but allows you to keep the music video interesting for the viewers. It allows you to control the pace as the slow parts can use few shots and the peaked parts can cut from shot to shot creating a faster pace.

Considerations To Know About linkbuilding
We have been toolshero and we current and market simplified scientific theories and strategies to Most people who’s intrigued all over the world. As well as the checklist goes on. The Google Lookup High-quality workforce, of which I was a part, responded by penalizing Web sites that violated the Google Webmaster Recommendations. And Google nevertheless calls for inbound links to generally be vouched for by the internet site’s owner or not pass PageRank. Most notably Google has also restricted the descriptive nature from the anchor text, as a result of abuse with the Search engine optimisation market with above-optimized business conditions in order to manipulate rankings. After some time Google enhanced its algorithms and detection solutions As well as in 2012 the Google Penguin algorithm was born as well as disavow tool in Google Search Console (previously known as Google Webmaster Tools) was launched. Web site owners have because been capable of distance their Web sites from reduced high quality Internet sites or backlinks thought for being in violation from the spirit of the Google Webmaster Rules.
For those who see a selected concern is being questioned regularly, There's a fantastic prospect that is because All those posing the problem have didn't come across linkbuilding an answer in Google. Incoming backlinks may also be known as backlinks. These HTML hyperlinks are important for a web site’s position because they represent a website’s track record, because it had been. If several hyperlinks bring on a applicable web site, it’s an indication that the web site has a very good standing. As acquiring backlinks is commonly the quickest way to obtain them, for loads of businesses it’s one of the most pleasing option, Specifically so if the additional earnings produced by very good rankings in excess of handles the expense of purchasing the backlinks wanted to obtain them. Adding ‘swipeable’ visuals towards your blog posts (charts and graphs are particularly helpful) and actively encouraging audience to down load and share them by themselves web-sites might be a particularly successful way to pick up links. Only enter a focus on key word (or matter) into Ahrefs Material Explorer and you simply’ll get a list of the preferred content (sortable by shares and backlinks) for your personal picked phrase. In the event you went on holiday vacation and requested three people today (all fully unrelated to one another) what the best espresso shop in city was, and so they all said, "Cuppa Joe on Key Road," you'd probably truly feel self-assured that Cuppa Joe is in fact the top coffee put in city. Backlinks try this for serps. Never ever shell out any specific or agency to create a fake positive review for your company or perhaps a fake negative evaluate of the competitor. There are lots of far more manipulative backlink developing techniques that engines like google have discovered. Usually, they have found algorithmic solutions for reducing their impression. It truly is also very likely (and rational) the text instantly surrounding a link is a crucial position sign. As I lined during the section on vital competencies, actively monitoring the internet For brand spanking new mentions within your key phrase (or new back links for your rivals) and performing quickly is guaranteed to double the results of one's outreach.
