Update again - GP was good and she was really nice (felt taken very seriously etc). No bad things seem to be wrong right now, but have to call immediately if I get a fever or even more pain. Have an echo of my upper stomach planned for Friday; if pain goes away before then I can just cancel it. Exhausted now from the pain so gonna flop on couch. Have to eat light foods so will prolly just heat up some prefab soup.
