Helena Eagan, VIOLATION (2025)

#severance #severance spoilers #severance fanart #mark s #helly r #helena eagan #severance season 2 #severance s2 #severance s2 spoilers #some tumblr users might notice that i made a post abt the 'radiator' on main (in the moment i could Not remember what it was called)#in the midst of drawing and yeah. drawing this prompted that #others might have noticed a different post of mine calling this the first scene in the show i found perverse #later i realized that the word underneath that was 'violation'#i hope that the show does acknowledge that this was SA and deals with it with compassion and understanding #i just cannot get over. the horror of it. how many times and in how many ways must you violate him #the thought behind this was that- the severance after they carved out his heart and then this scene #motifs aside on a technical level this was v interesting to do #esp since i was so choked up w it i just went to draw it and neither warmed up nor did a composition thumbnail #i didnt have the patience even to look up the stills from the ep which is why mark is kinda buff #the colours were super fun and tortured me for monetary gain #took me a million years to settle on smt but u cant go wrong with a good ole complementary #i wanted to make the parts of mark that were engaged in the lie more 'monotone' (orange to helena's blue) and his back that's turned to #the truth more complex and real which is why its the only part of the drawings that's got texture #anyway im sick. from the show. enjoy!
