3: What shows have you watched so far?

Quite a bit! I actually have a whole list of what I've seen so far on my personal website. If I did my math right when counting, I've seen close to 20 shows.

4: Thoughts on what you’re currently watching/watched most recently?

KR Kiva: This show is fun, it's got it's issues and is not Inoue's strongest work but I'm just a sucker for his melodrama at this point. It's a fun time to me.

KR Gotchard: This show is making me feel emotions I have not felt since I saw OOO for the first time, which is big words coming from me. I'm just captivated by it.

Daimajin Kanon: A really touching and emotional story about keeping hope and kindness in your heart, even when the world can be cruel. (With an occasional boob or fart joke.) More people need to see this one, I love it a lot.

King Ohger: Full of tons of characters I love. I've had a good time watching this one throughout the time its aired and I'm gonna miss it.

KR Amazon: Its so much fun! My soul needed some showa rider. Amazon tomodachi.

KR Build: Just started watching this with IRL friends, 2 episodes in and I'm in love with it.

12: Weirdest thing you’ve seen?

Probably the entirety of Changerion (said with affection)

don't worry, there IS lgbtq+ stuff in kamen rider w, just not between philip and shotaro (although less than some other kamen rider seasons i'd say)

big fan of the implication that the other Kamen Riders are even less cis-het but anyway yeah I believe there might/will be stuff that can be interpred as such.

Currently reading: this little book(or magazine?) of short stories and poems by various students at the university. Can't say the title without doxxing myself. Also Dungeon Meshi.

Currently watching: I... don't know? I just finished a rewatch of Kamen Rider Blade earlier this year, but haven't gotten around to picking another toku to watch. Thinking about picking up Ultraman Arc, though!

Currently craving: not much since I just had brekkie (I had some toast and tea)

Coffee or tea: definitely tea! (Unfortunately, this year I learned that coffee doesn't sit right with my digestive system.)

Hobbies to try: I do kinda want to try cross-stitching sometime in the future.

Current AU: (walking in the dark with a lantern as I suddenly remember that Masao and Haruna need to go on Kamen Rider hijinks in less than a decade from now) oh darn, I've forgotten them! (starts running back)

current obsession: Tokusatsu hands down. Gotchard and King Ohger have me going insane all the time and they're actively burning my wallet to a crisp every passing day. Other than that I think a Scott Pilgrim phase is incoming.... I watched the anime on Netflix as well as the movie for the first time recently and well..... what can I say it's interesting and is grabbing my brain

Kamen Rider Kuuga: Extremely good. The fear and the pain is real.

Ohsama Sentai KingOhger: I've been really enjoying this one. Jeramie my beloved.

Kamen Rider Geats: Hard to believe this one is ending so soon! Time has flown by.

Choukou Senshi Changéríon: Seeing in a group watch, and what a show it is.

Ultraman Blazar: I love Blazar, he's such a creature. This one is really fun so far.

Choujinki Metalder: Another groupwatch show. My soul needed some showa toku. I will do anything for Ryuusei.

About to start: Kaiketsu Zubat will be what I see next after Kuuga is done!

Just finished: Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger: Also saw in a group watch. I am very fond of this one. What a time and what a show. This one gave me more brainworms than I originally saw coming.

Having seen both this and Faiz now, its unreal to think about how these two shows made up the first Super Hero Time block. Wild.

Currently reading: I'm beginning to read the first volume of X-Gender by Asuka Miyazaki!

Current obsession: Deep in the tokusatsu hole, with no end in sight. (Leijiverse brainworms are also always present too.)
