19. What is your giffing process like? I download videos with 4k Video Downloader (otherwise I screencapture for vlives when i’m too lazy to download hour long vlives lol,, im on mac so i just do command+shift+5).. then i use Vapoursynth to resize, import my frames into photoshop, clean up frames and fix frame delay, convert to video timeline and convert to smart object, duplicate layer to mask blur any text/objects if needed, smart sharpen, color correct (i usually do levels, color balance, then color lookup), and then if i’m not lazy i’ll include my watermark and export,,, then i upload and write the worst captions lolll

32. What is your favorite tool, adjustment layer in Photoshop? color balance or the lasso tools

47. Any advice for novice gif makers/people who want to start making gifs? look up tutorials!!!! they’re so so helpful. Also if you wanna start making gifs clearer learning how to use vapoursynth was the thing that took my gifs to next level (they could still be better, but vapoursynth made me so much more proud of how my gifs turned out!) Also play with legit everything on photoshop, it takes time and practice but you’ll get the hang of it. everyone is still learning at their own pace, so don’t ever feel bad about your sets if they don’t turn out the way you want them to! oh also the limit is 8mb now.........so take advantage of that.............. i just learned that today because ig i live under a rock :|
