【沖繩美食】阿古豬排定食（TONSEN）｜鄰近玉泉洞的溫馨日系雜貨風小店

とんせん（TONSEN）豬排定食店，有片純白色的外牆，矗立在距離玉泉洞僅約5分鐘車程的縣道17號路旁。外觀與一般民宅沒有太大的差異，很容易一閃神就錯過，很難想像在這樣一個溫馨可愛風格的建物，卻是沖繩縣產豬肉專賣店，還能品嘗到鼎鼎大名的阿古豬。

店外的招牌清楚標示，這裡販售的是豬肉料理。

停好車拾階而上，感覺不像是到餐廳用餐，反倒像是要到朋友家作客。

前身為咖啡館的用餐空間，保留了些原始格局、樑柱及窗框，滿滿的日系雜貨風加上純白牆面其實還挺有外人住宅區的味道。

午後的陽光斜射進通透的屋內，滿屋子的明亮，讓人感到療癒莫名。

菜單也很單純，只有3種豬肉料理及幾道甜品。

既然都到了沖繩，我會建議多花個幾百日圓點個阿古豬來嘗鮮。

※2017年底菜單新增醬烤肋排佐溫泉蛋定食（1400円）及阿古豬腿排套餐（1600円）。

現場備有中文菜單，所有價格需另加8%消費稅。

等待上餐的同時，可以先享用���助式沙拉吧。只要點套餐，就能無限享用在地產的有機生菜。

除了基本的美生菜類，從沒想過絲瓜也能生吃，且還意外地鮮甜無草腥味，非常順口！

套餐的份量不算小，加上白飯能續碗一次，簡單點了薑汁燒肉及阿古豬肋排共兩份套餐。

木製托盤上，除了主菜，還有以沖繩宮城陶器盛裝的白飯及自家製的花生豆腐。簡單的擺盤，卻更凸顯質感。

飼養於沖繩北部山原地區的阿古豬（Agu），為中國傳入、沖繩復育成功的特有黑豬品種。因為成長速度慢且生育數量少，不論在飼育環境、食用飼料及照顧上皆需耗費更多心神。然其美味程度高、膽固醇含量更僅有一般豬隻的1/4以下，在養生飲食觀念當道的現今，更顯珍貴。

驗明正身，採用的是我那霸畜產的阿古豬。

（薑汁燒肉則是一般沖繩縣產豬肉，就不會有標章喔）

一般享用阿古豬不外乎是以火鍋或燒烤烹煮，但在とんせん裡則一律以方形厚切方式呈現。煮至7、8分熟左右的塊狀豬肉以烤得極熱的鑄鐵鍋上桌持續加熱，應該就是保留豬肉鮮嫩口感的秘訣。

老實說，雖然這是第三次吃阿古豬，卻是第一次感受到它的魅力。

或許因為保有一定厚度，反而更能感受到阿古豬的肉質鮮美。とんせん採用的阿古豬為やんばるあぐー品種，脂肪含量雖然較一般豬肉高卻清爽不膩口，真的非常厲害呀！

因為山原阿古豬本身的肉質柔軟，所以骰子狀的肉塊並不會讓人覺得像嚼蠟般難以咀嚼。

相反的，煎得焦香的豬肉，再佐上店家提供的山葵醬或是豬肉辣味噌實在是非常下飯，我們各自續了一碗白飯，好不過癮呀！

自家製的辣油味噌裡還吃得到豬絞肉相當特別，現場也有販售，買回家拌炒成魚香茄子或是加在乾麵增添風味應該都很不錯。

飯後因為持有社團提供的Coupon，只要點餐時出示圖片就能享用到免費的飲料及甜品，真的是太滿足了～（打飽嗝）

在沖繩享用阿古豬，整頓餐吃下來價位通常不是太親民。但若只是想一嚐傳說中阿古豬的好滋味，在とんせん其實已經能獲得滿足。

只要花千元就能吃到好豬肉，是店家命名的初衷（千円で豚が食べられる）。而從盛裝的食器到食材的挑選，都非常富有沖繩精神，也感受得到店主想將當地的美好行銷給大眾的用心。若有到玉泉洞，千萬別錯過這間純白色的豬排定食餐廳喔！
