Craving this chicken and rice casserole thing with a crapton of Velveeta in it that we made on a mission trip I went on in middle school. 🤔 No Velveeta in the house so real cheese will have to do, but I'm thinking I can get close. Plus the recipe I'm looking at gets baked with crushed cornflakes on top.
