I once had a customer at my old bakery that we called Big Joe, and he would order two cups of orange juice. Then would ask us to pour SEVEN.. LONG pulls of espresso (specifically long pulls), mix the espresso with the orange juice equally in the two cups, and then add dry milk foam with ground up coffee beans on top.. He was one of the nicest guys ever, but his concoctions were so unholy to make, I felt pain in my heart.
