hello! hope ur doing well :>> just wanna thank u for making peremo! it's such a wonderful piece of written work. the dialogue, the prose, the characterization of the two leads, the way the dynamic was fleshed out, etc etc everything! was so engaging! u weaved a tale that had me SEDUCED. i love how slow burn it all was!! tom had to see these intriguing sides of her bit by bit, that hermione had to get pushed into it, before he gets to form an obsession!! i was hitting that next chapter button like a fool crawling back to a paramour that i would gratefully allow to step on my balls (pls excuse the crass & nonsensical metaphor).
i'll try to keep this as short as possible omg (narrator: she did not, in fact, keep it as short as possible) but there's so much to love in peremo! like:
noncon/dark fics that feature a megalomaniac that underestimates the grit & acuity of the seemingly unremarkable female lead GETS meeee (rare as it is). like u rlly hit the nail on the head in depicting that aspect in peremo! every time tom succumbed to that crazed "who tf are u!!" state i was like clapping & pointing at my phone leonardo di caprio gif style. every time they got into some fucked up homicidal tom (tom) & jerry (hermione) ass scenario: standing ovation! i love it! bc as much as hermione is traumatized & is the constant recipient of the short end of the stick, tom cannot go on without her either !!! he didnt think she'd have that gorilla grip pussy on her but SURPRISE BITCH ! SHE'S UNDER UR SKIN !
hermione! love her!! im not even an hp fan lol but i love how she was written as flawed & unhingedly determined. the sexual assault scenes actually made me sob (a testament to ur power as the writer!). when she had that breakdown after almost flinging herself off the roof, hoo. boy. i was in pieces.
ur commitment to the darkness of the fic! that hermione in the worst-case scenario (letting an abusive man in her household that she fought tooth & nail to build, having him get his hands on her son, having all her sacrifices mean nothing in the end) is all so tragic & kudos to u for taking it there. im too much of a weakling :")) i wouldve sprinkled in some corny psychoanalysis just to somehow justify tom forming a suggestion of an affection towards klaus & their family cause i gots to soften the blow. i see ur vision & i admire it very much.
anw! thank u, thank u so much! i was in a depressive rut when i read ur fic & it rlly helped lift my spirit :)) i hope ur always well & best of luck in all that u do!
P.S. if u are in the mood for entertaining questions, i'd be in ur debt for the answers to these:
how'd u think tom would respond if somebody (perhaps klaus) asked him if he loves hermione?
i wonder how differently tom would treat a daughter? (ik ik, probably just the same but hey, a lady can have her girldad! tom delusion, right?)
how do u feel about peremo-inspired fics (w/ proper credits ofc!) ??? i've read the amazing ones on ao3 but i wanted to ask just in case! & ?? would it be alright if the depiction/interpretation of peremo tomione is slightly different from urs, like the same but slightly to the left & a bit sappy with it lmao
Oh my lord thank you so much for this anon! I read this at 4 am and had to forcibly restrain my happy squeals, and have since read it about twelve times over 🥹🖤😭
As for your questions:
1. “To the ends of the earth.”
2. Overall, I don’t see him treating a daughter too differently. Though I do see him being more aware of the company she keeps, and in the long term, I envision he’d bring her into his regime for different purposes (such as political manipulation, whereas with Klaus, I envision a loyal, hands-on groundwork sort of asset, if that makes sense)
3. Of course, I’m more than honoured that anyone would feel strongly enough about my story to write their own 🖤😭🖤😭 it’s an overwhelmingly huge compliment 🥹

For the character meme, just bc i think it will be fun: Oghren. And another one just for the giggles: Solas
We’ll start with Oghren!
How I feel about this character He is my least favourite Origins companion, which says less than you might think because I love everything about Origins. He has one of the most interesting backstories and he has a genuine desire to help and lots of insecurities, which makes him really interesting once you get past his defences, but his brand of humour is off-putting to me. I also don’t take him out that much because two-handed warriors are squishy and my warrior place in the party usually goes to Alistair XD
All the people I ship romantically with this character He and Felsi have an interesting dynamic. It’s not OTP material for me but more exploration of him trying to do good as a husband and a dad would be fine with me.
My non-romantic OTP for this character Nathaniel and Anders are both high up on the list for this one. The semi-antagonistic-but-have-each-others’-backs relationship that develops between the three of them is so fun to watch in Awakening, and I like the idea of them all becoming senior Wardens together and showing recruits the ropes while making sure things don’t ever become too serious.
My unpopular opinion about this character Maybe that his humour crosses the line too often into being creepy? It’s the only really strong opinion I have about him, tbh.
One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon. You know, I’m not sure. His arc through Origins and Awakening was pretty solid, but I do want to know he’s got a happy ending.
On to Solas!
How I feel about this character I didn’t really have this opinion until after I played Inquisition with my rogue Lavellan and romanced him, but it’s not a favourable one. So much of what he says is condescending and the power imbalance between him and a romanced Inquisitor comes off as really skeevy to me, never mind the fact that he’s willing to destroy the world and everyone in it to get back something dead and gone, while at the same time dismissing the Dalish for trying to recover their culture after centuries of oppression. I also think more could have been done in the main game to set him up as the real Big Bad, instead of following the tradition of shoving that revelation into a DLC - it would have been so much more compelling if the final boss fight had been him instead of Corypheus.
All the people I ship romantically with this character Do I ship him and the Inquisitor? It’s an interesting dynamic to explore, and depending on where DA4 goes, there are interesting ways it could play out, but for me it’s a ship of grim fascination more than anything I would like to see in real life. It has more bite with Lavellan, and it would make a great jumping-off point to explore more about elvhen culture.
My non-romantic OTP for this character The chess game between him and The Iron Bull is great. I love the idea of him constantly being on guard around Bull and Bull recognising that but not being able to find out why. I guess that would make them frenemies more than anything, but I now have an image of Tom and Jerry style hijinks through Skyhold with the two of them, and it’s very funny.
My unpopular opinion about this character His dress sense isn’t the worst thing about him :D
One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon. I already said it, but I wish he had had more development as an antagonist in the main game of DA:I, before Trespasser. Maybe it’s just me being oblivious but it didnt feel well set-up to me outside a few sneaky lines of dialogue and the fact that his personal quest is an anagram for Fen’harel Dread Wolf.

My review of beast wars!
(Warning:will contain spoilers, & profanity)
Beast wars! This one was a bit of a more difficult one to work with, versus Rescue bots. But let's start off with the reasons why it was an absolute delight.
Pros:
The characters were GREAT. I felt an immediate attachment to some of them, like Rattrap and Dinobot, and everyone had real strong personalities, making them easily different from one another. This show was also very hilarious in some episodes, from Megatron getting sick and tired of being called a 'Queen' by Inferno, to Rattrap's constant "well we're gonna fucking die", which I relate to. I also really enjoyed the more serious topics it handled, like Dinobot's shame and contemplation of killing himself, and the maximals just dealing with loss in general. I also really enjoyed the script writing, with no real interactions being too boring. I think the dialogue made me appreciate the characters enough to help me ease into the graphics. I also enjoyed the famous 'cartoon death' trope. By which i mean, Tom and Jerry style deaths, (i.e being flattened, literally shredded to ribbons) because it brings a bit of humor to some dark themes.
Cons:
Okay bear with me here, there was quite a number of things that I didn't appreciate/didnt care for. Right off the bat, your gonna have a problem with the graphics, if you aren't used to them. Shifting from transformers prime, to rescue bots, to beast wars, it hit me heavily. For the first few episodes I didnt think I'd ever be over how weird it looked (picture Gathers pond. Dont know what it is, look it up on YouTube). Course I grew to appreciate it, and this'll probably be a continuous issue with me, so I dont pit it too heavily against the show. (Especially given that this was made in 1996).
Some unnecessary tropes. For example, that Cheetor developed a crush on Blackarachnia, for her being the only fem there. It made him weird and harder for me to like, especially since he was going through his teenage douchebag phase. I also didn't like that everyones forms needed CONSTANT changing. Optimus I understand, he always get upgrades, but I feel like after the initial transmetals, that they should've stopped there. I get it, it was a show made for little kids, and this got their attention, but the constant upgrades was unnecessary for some characters. Like Cheetor especially, as well as Blackarachnia. Megatron I could deal with, because his made sense, getting the spark of Megatron, same as Optimus did.
Another thing I hated. The ending. It was tense, high energy, but the finale was kinda...well, not very serious. They joke about Megatron coming to Cybertron with them, because hes stuck on their ship, but what I really would've loved to happen was this; every predicon (minus Dinobot and Tarantulas, I'm happy with how they turned out), be arrested, brought to Cybertron in stasis cuffs, with Megatron peering through bars, clearly intent on breaking out. I just feel like he could've been handled more maturely. (Wasp was fine, he deserved worship).
Final verdict:8/10. This show wasnt perfect, and I have a million ideas for what could've been changed. Having said that, it was delightful to watch, it wasnt too long, I was invested in the characters, and I laughed quite a few times, as well as cried. All in all, while it has issues, Beast Wars is a GREAT show, and I highly recommend anyone to watch it. I'm proud of these guys 💗
