Those colors you see there with the color picker and design? Yeah. Those are shades of indigo aka what's an easy classification group of Blue/purples. Some are more blue than indigo but still within the color range so I grouped it as shades of indigo. The darkest color I could gather with color picker was a shade of blue called "Black Russian" and lighter colors similar.

Hex codes from darkest to lightest:

00041C: Black Russian(not black. Just really dark purple toned blue)

0E0438: Black Rock(also not black)

0A024F: Tolopea

3A3288: Minsk

474574: East Bay

27188D: Deep Koamaru

8E7FE6: Medium Purple(this is more indigo shade range than purple but names are names)

These things have weird ass names but honestly the not entirely deep purple but with indigo and blue hues makes megatron's design stand out more than just a deep violet or something. Hex colors are weird. Maybe it's not the colors the tfp designers went with but they're the colors I see and what the color picker picked up from what I hovered over.

Edit: perhaps he's only blue looking when his fusion cannon is turned on. It's been a hot minute since I've seen his design and questioned it but the official art I found with the cannon activated shows purple sided blues
