Meiyami married life. You know the cat covered in lipstick marks? Yeah. Two autistic teens who can’t get fit in —-> genuine care for one another in adulthood. Lives that are still just as strange yet intertwined. They can be strange together. They can dress strangely together. They can love each other despite their differences.

Did I mention Tokoyami has a biological sibling which he meets in highschool? Yeah. Toxic positivity with a helping of neglect brother vs cynical abandonment brother. Nobu is the adhd creature. He has a shadow harpy quirk. He’s a scruffy little thing with untameable cowlicks but his parents had an easy time raising him due to the lack of murderous shadow power.

Tokoyami hates Nobu at first like genuinely hates his ass but they learn to exist in the same world. They’re not close or anything but still. He’s invited to Tokoyami’s wedding but like.. he’s like.. an estranged cousin or something. They’re never super close. That’s partially because Nobu insists that their parents have changed and kind of blames Tokoyami because honestly he doesn’t know much about anything. He’s a good kid but he’s pretty clueless.

The Kuramori’s may be good (kinda) to Nobu but how they hurt Tokoyami will never go away and he’ll never forgive them. Fuck Rin and Haruto me and my homies we despise Rin and Haruto.

Meiyami too. They’re good to each other. Mei thinks Nobu is nice and she talks to him whenever he’s around much more than Tokoyami does.
