Foot update: walking BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!! is slightly a misnomer tbh. This is an aircast! It’s pretty complicated and has buttons, straps, releases, bags, the whole nine. I have to release everything to lay down and rest (which i am still supposed to be doing 😠😠) but i took the dog for a whopping half block walk today. My foot hurts more regularly, but less overall? I got cleared to go back to work 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 so overall i’m calling this a positive day. . . . . . #walkingboot #toesurgeryrecovery

I think I’m onto something I just put a tight pair of socks on. My toe feels so much more supported and the dressing is moving less... I think less moving will mean less rubbing on the wound and less oozing! 🙏 #toesurgeryrecovery #roughday #fedupofhospitals (at Weston, Southampton)
