Matt and I were in his car because we were going to record a video of him trying Brazilian food.

Hiiiiii loves, today I'm with the love of my life so he can try foods from my home country. - I said smiling and then looked at him

Hi guys. I could say that I'm a bit scared, since I'm afraid that some of these foods contain ketchup. - He laughs

Hey, I wouldn't do that, would I? Of course none of these foods have ketchup. - I say looking at him and wink at the camera.

I saw that - he says a little startled but then laughs.

Ok anyways. I didn't tell him what I bought, so we're in for some surprises. But I know that one of the things I bought he's already tried and I know he likes it. So let's go to the first item I'm looking forward to. - I say, picking up a bag of food from the back seat of the car.

Right, I've listed the foods on my cell phone notes from 1 to 8, so whichever number you say, I'll look it up and give it to you. Which one do you want first? - I explain and ask him

Hmmmm it could be 8 - he says thoughtfully

Okay, let me see. - I pick up my cell phone - Hmmm yes. - I take the most famous coconut candy, beijinho, out of the bag. - Here, one for you and one for me - I hand it to him.

In Brazil we call it beijinho. Which in English would be Little Kiss - I say laughing - Okay let's eat together in 3 2 1

So we put the candy in our mouths and I look at Matt who smiles.

- Wow, it's good! What's it made of? - He asks looking at me

- Coconut - I say as I finish eating mine

- From 0 to 10, how would you rate this? - I ask

- 8/10 I think, it's good but it's very sweet - He laughs

Okayy, next number? - I ask him

- It could be 1 - He says

- Okay, then we'll have to - I look at my cell phone again - Oh, you'll love this one. - I say, this time picking up the paçoca candy. - This is paçoquinha and I'm not sure how to say it in English, but it's a peanut candy. - I smile and hand it to him - But be careful when you open it so you don't - OH GOD - Matt interrupts me by shouting and I look down to see all the crumbs of the paçoquinha on the bench

- That's what I was trying to say - I laugh and hand him another unopened one - Be careful now. - I laugh again and we eat the sweet

- Hummmm, this is better than the other one. - He says with a bit of paçoca falling out of his mouth and I laugh.

- I think so too, love. So what's the score? - I ask

- 10/10 totally - he says smiling. - So, now I choose 5 - He says as I pick up my cell phone to take a look.

- Ohhh this is one of my favorites - I say, taking two Toddynhos out of my bag - This is a wonderful chocolate drink that I used to have almost every day for breakfast. I think you'll like it, but be careful not to squeeze it and leak through the straw - I say and he looks at me with a strange face - You're very dirty-minded, aren't you? - I laugh and he laughs back and I hand him the box with the straw and open mine too.

- It's good, but I don't think it's that great, it's like the chocolate here too - he says, sipping it all the way down.

- You've got to be kidding, right? It's wonderful Matt - I laugh

- I don't know, I think this is a 7.5/10 - He says and I'm still a bit indignant but I don't say anything.

- Say one more number - I say to him

- Hmmmm 7 - He says

- Now it's not one of my favorites because I'm not the biggest fan of cheese, but here we have pão de queijo. Which in English would be cheese bread. - I say looking at him and he's already eating - You cheater, I haven't even counted yet.

- Oh sorry - He says spitting

-"owwww you didn't have to spit it out, that's disgusting." I laugh and he laughs, eating again.

- I liked this one, I think this one is 10/10 too - He says smiling as I eat mine and he wipes his hands - Now I choose 2 - He says and I pick up my cell phone

- This is the one you've already tasted and I love that you speak the right Brazilian way and not the American way. - I take it out of the bag

- Açaí? - He asks happily and I smile at the fact that he speaks correctly and respects the accentuation.

- Yes, love - I take the lid off the glass and hand it to him. - This is an açaí with banana. It's all yours because you know how I dread bananas with wet food - I laugh

- This is definitely a 100/10 - he says with his mouth half full and I laugh at him.

- Now there are only three more to go, say one more number - I say, looking at him

- Which ones are missing, I don't even remember anymore - He laughs

- 6, 5 and 3 are missing - I answer

- Okay, I want 5 - he says

Here's one more that will only be yours, it's a banana candy and I only bought it because I saw it in the store and decided to bring it for you to try, but I hate it - I laugh and he takes it and eats it.

- I'm not going to say I hated it, but I don't think I loved it either, I think I'd give it a 6/10 - he says

- That's a candy that's very controversial in Brazil - We laugh together

- Now I want number 3 - he says

- AHHHHHH I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS - I shout and he startles and laughs - I love this one too much, it's that chicken snack I always told you I loved, here's the coxinha - I say and hand it to him.

- Wow, it smells really good - he says and we bite into it - Yeah, so now I understand the reason for the outbreak, it's wonderful. Definitely 10/10 too. - He says

- Now can we get married? - I ask and he laughs

- And now the last one of all, drum roll. - Matt laughs and claps his hands on the steering wheel - The best Brazilian sweet ever invented. Brigadeiro. - I say and Matt makes a noise of surprise and I laugh, handing him the sweet.

- WOWWW it's definitely one of the best sweets I've ever had - He says and eats the rest.

- It's just perfect, love.Now before we finish the video, I want you to tell me the worst and the best food you've tried today. Just don't choose açaí as the best because you've already tried it.

- okay, the best I think was the coxinha for sure and the worst, well not that I didn't like it, but I think it was the banana jam - I laughed thinking it was cute the way he said coxinha

- So we're the same. I also think the coxinha is the best and the banana jam the worst. Well, that was it for today's video, loves.
