So a few weeks ago #AntonMataeo got a food allergy test bc his eczema flair ups on his legs were concerning. We found out he’s allergic to eggs, peanuts, wheat, cows milk... it’s moderate to low grade allergy... so we are having to rethink all our meals and snacks to prevent an eczema flair up. We are thinking the best choice would be for us to move towards paleo diet. . We already don’t eat pork and that Weirds people out for some reason but I also don’t want him to be one of those kids that’s allergic to everything. So I do still plan on feeding him a little bit of the things he’s allergic to so he can build up a tolerance towards it. .
