persona characters autism headcanons!

hi im autistic and i started my day with sun so now im !!!!!!!!! some of these headcanons are from elsewhere on tumbr, but i dont know where :((( so i am hoping someone out there knows that n that everybody knows that i love them <3

Joker

there was some artwork from someone on tublr..where they pointed out that he doesnt really talk outside the metaverse so--hes hyperverbal as joker and just near nonverbal as akiren

he stims ALL THE TIME. that phone thing, the pencil thing, the little tappy tap of his foot, pulling at his bangs when hes embarrassed/smug. someone get him a fidget spinner. he’ll prob learn to do tricks with it

he probably sucks at focusing in class, like i know its just the game design but hes always surprised out of his daily “star out the window at the nearby office building” when his teachers ask him questions

mona mentions when the pt is at Wilton for the first time (after they run into shido) that joker eats like shit, and that could have multiple causes at the start of the story of course, but when i first played i thought that joker was a picky eater and that the variety (and amount of food) at the buffet would be an Ordeal...

tho mona makes that comment bc joker looked pale after having a little ptsd moment from shidos voice, but i didnt know that the first time i played

maybe when joker makes a face at ryuji putting so much ginger in his gyudon? joker probably does not like pickled ginger lol

his favortive foods are all spicy, which is why the curry he makes for his friends is always ‘overly spicy’, and why kasumi makes him a curry bento and joker kept going “...?” .... “....?!”

overly reflective glasses have been a great plus for him bc now he never has to make real eye contact every again!

he has so many options to be straight up rude sometimes in game. he probably no clue on his own, which is why he defaults to Not Talking. people probably mention his constant scary face, which is just him being nonexpressive, squinting at all the fucking bright lights, and Tired

high pain tolerance, which is why he was the kid that was always climbing trees in elementary school to get basketballs unstuck from the branches

his sixth sense lets him see treasure and possible places to climb/crawl bc 1. Shiny? Steal it. Steal it Now. and 2. Could i fit in that? Time to Find Out

probalby a bit of a klepto too oops. he’ll return it tho!! but he has to do it dramatically or he’ll die

cant sit properly to save his life

smells and touch are Great, they can keep him grounded when his brain goes off to police or dead rivals or guilt or

if a friend hung out with him and gave him total reigns of the agenda, he would choose to nap on the floor while his friend does something off to the side quietly

hyperfocuses on handy tasks (i.e. lockpicks, coffee brewing, cleaning, his part time jobs) and some things like movies and books. everything else is a tossup

his (normal) navigation app is his most used app bc he still doesnt know where hes going, even though he only goes to the same few places in the city

hates being sweaty, literally cannot stand it. probably double exhausted during the summer

morgana is a support friend for all of them bc igor knows they need it

Souji/Yu

yes, he mostly wears gray semi formal clothes bc parents tell him to, no, he will not changes this

Schedule or Death

“sorry, could you repeat that?” “huh? oh yeah, i was saying that--” “yeah that’d be cool.”

cats, fishing, he just likes to be quiet. you can literally spend a day at the beach just to think if you want, and that is what yu want

has a lot of scripts for things (of which he shares with nanako!) but if he runs out he just stops talking..

inaba is a godsend bc its so fucking quiet and warm

he Yearns to hold his friends hands, but he shies away from a lot of touch (excepting yosuke, teddie, and nanako)

Cooking and Cleaning makes the world better. he and joker vibe together with this

unlike akiren, he strong arms any executive dysfunction into Be Productive or Else. his punishment is feeling the pure anxiety of having to make up for ‘lost time’. (another symptom of his workaholic parents)

writes everything down, notes are very neat, has pages dedicated for bad doodles when hes not feeling his usual Super Classroom Focus

Cannot handle secondhand embarrassment (most often caused by yosuke) and will quietly slip away to random cats or origami folding

hungry, crunch crunch folks. probably needs chewelry bc he used to chew on his shirt collars when he was younger.

cleans up after everyone in the food court, constantly worries about them accidently hurting themselves. likely spends half of group conversations watching peoples hands

he canonically eats expired food, nanako plz help your brother

really clumsy, but people only notice after they decide that he is a cool person

video games are too chaotic for him

exhausted every night from the pure amount of masking he does, if a friend spends the night (or is like yosuke) they will know his more comfortable weirdo self (tho everyone knows hes a weirdo eventually)

hyperempathetic, sometimes just understands animals and children better than peeople his age or older

Yukiko

her jokes

she and souji get in ‘trouble’ together, she and joker commit crimes together

she and chie have to coordinate outfits, its important

actually understands metaphors, but does not understand people

like me, had no clue that creepy kid was flirting with her

she is very angry when she has meltdowns that might involve slamming doors and shouting. her parents call these ‘tantrums’ and ‘unfitting for a polite daughter’ but really thats because her meltdowns tend to be caused by arguments w her family after a long day of school and TV world traipsing

the metronome meme, except hers goes between Loudest Person in the Room to Quietest Pin Drop in the Planet. she is completely unaware of this

her atmosphere brightens when chie appears. that is not only the lesbian energy within her, but also because chie is like her Favorite Person

Cannot wear Pants. No (tho she wants to try it! but she puts them on and her soul instantly squashes)

hes really snappy sometimes and i love that for him. he and akechi should fight just to see what would happen (please read Bang Bang Shoot Shoot on AO3)

no one has ever seen him shutdown and no one ever will (except for his grandpa)(and kanji)(and rise)

probably likes certain food textures and will stand for nothing less, probably feels embarrassed about his preferences with friends

constantly jumps between ‘everybody hates me so i should act like them so they dont hate me’ to ‘i refuse to be anything but very comfortable as myself, and i dont care that im making you upset sir’

he and souji are the king and queen of subtle stims, but for unhappy reasons :(

does not make jokes. cannot joke around. understand? yes, do? no.

loose clothes are the only good clothes, but all tags and obtrusive seams will be obliterated by kanji tatsumi

not very empathetic so he probably comes off as an asshole to strangers (like when he throws away his classmates confession letters without reading them) but he tries so hard to sound comforting when his buds are struggling.

his understanding of others emotions/reactions come from his learning as a detective, which seems cold+clinical to others, especially compared to souji, whos completely unexpressive but very introverted people person

Hamuko/Minako/Kotone

big personality!! very people-oriented!! koromaru and her are buddies!! when shes having a real bad time, shes very quiet and expressions turn off

interrupts herself in the middle of conversations all the time. no one knows where shes coming from. her brains is thousands of km ahead of her body

bouncey legs, swingin arms, twirlly skirt, little somersaults! when will she stop? never!

very obvious music stims with her hands and arms! people are like “oh there she goes! happy as usual!” shes listening to minatos heavy metal playlist

switches from exhausted to excited within milliseconds. no one can predict, not even her

SEES has to ask her for context all the time cuz she’ll just continue shit from 2 weeks ago without warning

professionals will assume shes very childish bc of how chipper she is, but she is beyond mature for her age and only feels comfortable enough to have serious conversations if a person has proved themself able to handle it

collects every little thing. her room is a mess and she has to get rid of most of it every time she moves :(

hates cleaning! smells bad, feels bad hhhhhgggg

dont let mitsuru-senpai see her bedroom

gets lost in the middle of conversations with others bc shes thinking about a story connected to one(1) word that was said earlier

no sense of time and place, she just sees her friends and goes “ah, this is the right place, then” but junpei and akihiko are also lost so now theyre all screwed

Minato/Makoto/Sakuya

no talkies, no walkies

his story in the movies is him literally learning how to function around people he cares for

doesnt get jokes, expressions, body language, empathy, subtlety, metaphors, physical contact, or eye contact. aigis is probably the only person he truly understands right away

he is still nice to people because he doesnt see a reason not to be, but also he has very limited energy so only his senpai and old people get his most polite-kindnesses

cannot describe feelings for the life of him. the team wont know hes injured or sick until hes passed out

everything is too loud, time to drown it out with my loud ass music

rocking and chewing stims, ryoji is the first person to point him out for these subtle stims (not accusingly of course, just general pure curiosity and love for the uniqueness of humanity)

likes to cover his face with whatever is available, lives like a bat in a dark dry cave

will wear anything that has pockets and his blue/gray/black palette

sleepy at all times bc he never has much energy

when he was younger he probably needed a lot of support, especially after his parents died, because he wouldnt communicate like a neurotypical and would shutdown for hours in the middle of school without warning. probably missed a lot of lessons and field trips out of pure overstimulation

eating at all times. no preference, just whatevers closest

his meltdowns probalby include humming whining noises and curling up in a ball, which makes people want to touch him, but that is the LAST thing he wants. put a blanket on him! play some music! do not talk and do not expect him to speak

aigis is the only person who can touch him normally bc her hands are cold and he likes cold

never nude, feels mmmmmmmmm without clothes and probalby wears a full robe in the hotsprings

will not do things that take more than one step w/o someone else walking him thru it, which Same

Journal Entry: A lesson paid and not the same

I slept all day again. Partly from my own incompetence to get off tumblr and because my neighbor below me start their usual romping with loud music around 3 am. I had somewhere to go but to no one surprise i was to exhausted and at to no one surprise i didn't wake up until like ....6 pm I was suppose to be meeting family and when I didn't show it up a woman individual they just assume the worst and contact everyone including my exboyfriend. But I'm awake and in the dark because something about writing against dim light with the rest of your world cover in darkness unaware of the problems and dangers...is really fucking comforting but thats not what this post is about. also im trying my VERY hardest to not bounce between webpages especially because although i blocked YouTube on my phone is not block on this computer i paid 600 to end a friendship today. it went a little something like this . an much older man someone who i only know because we share a particular hobby and had the pleasure to work with comes out of no where and ask me for 200 he promises he will return it in 24 hours with more and i’m like i get 300 in unemployment a week. so for a friend i thought i could do this because i would want someone to do this for me. so i do it and i think everything is ok but immediately he ask for more and i think maybe its an emergency even though my gut reaction said fuck this man dont do it after some more confusing banter i sent an additional 400 dollars and i thought everything was cool speed forward to me passing out for 4 to 5 hours and i get i think 3 to 6 missed called asking for money. at this point i am livid . there no way you magically mess up the price of whatever youre doing twice. if you're child and god forbid was kidnapped call the police because therye messy ass kidnappers and its really fuck up to expect one person to have money i even told him i didnt even have more money and he was like “ just send more just send more “ eventually told him to never contact me again because again its not about the money its about the respect and he could NEVER give me back the respect i had for him. its lost. he had the audacity to eb like thank you sweetie because again fuck the fact im angry and exhausted and you literally demanded as much money out of me. i wanted to unblock it just so i could tell him to fuck off but if i ever have to used it i know for a fact that will ne my undoing. because men can do whatever they want to you as a women body individual but you have to be the bigger person even tho you ALWAYS will be consider lesser than its not about the money...its about the respect and now that he given me a full recipt to never respect him again i can get my moeny in 2 weeks and never have to deal with him. i hope whatever he was doing was worth the blackmail the other part of this jounarl entry was apparently some skinny genderfluid individual telling woman that mansplaining is inherently sexist because its based off of gender. no its something that only men can do and when a women say that a man is mansplaining when he not that women is simply lying. telling me i cant tell you that what you did i was think less of me or over talk me becuase of my presenting gender - is sexist. if i say something that you didnt do and you can prove it and i say it doesnt matter becuase youre a man is sexist but telling you you are mansplaining - is not sexist this same person then preceeded to say something misogynist and misandrist are the same...and they're just not. theyre are equally horrible but they hit in COMPLETELY different ways. the hatred of men usually ends with women ignorging excluding and living without men. the hatresd of woman usually result in the punishment death and beratement of women. yes are thier people out thier that hate men so much that it could also escalated to death and torture of men absolutely but that is not common. its horrible but its not common and it not the same. whenever i hear someone saying this is sounds like teh alm of sexism and its just gross well whatever. my mange arrived today and i feel alot better. ive now had 3 men steal alrge amounts of money and claim to care or berated me for it. i cant wait til i leave. now im off to craigslist list to look for some fashion lamp so i can actually work in warm lighting instead of ....nah poshmark

you might think im abt to impose another stupid “lOOK HOW SIMILAR” statement but im doing this to illustrate just how different (surprise!) the protags of knb and rxl are today

to first brief over robo’s personality

stupidly honest, annoyingly methodical, straight-laced, can never take a hint, always unimpressed and expressionless: that’s how robo was introduced to us and that’s how he acts in reality, but alr the danger of falling under a subconscious impression is present not even 5 pages past the pilot chap

i could tackle each of his traits as more examples turn up in the future (as long as robo continues acting like himself these examples will turn up - eventually - whether we like it or not) but i’ll just take “can never take a hint” at random: it’s not bc he’s incapable of processing the atmosphere that he ends up never taking a hint. these traits are the result of his actions rather than a cause so as such, you could even apply a clear logic on the process that leads to him being “stupidly honest” or “always unimpressed” and/or some of his other traits that are, i think tragically, the only things to appear in public view in the end

he “can never take a hint” because -> robo isn’t somebody who wld conform to social norms. you can flip the order if you find this confusing: there are ppl who cld be desperate to conform to social norms but genuinely lack the ability to pick up on cues and hints while in the case of robo, he’s adequately aware of these stuff like your average person

what isn’t average is his mindset and not his instinctual reception. we’ve seen it many times in fact in just the course of 8 chaps? reviewing their situation word by word when tomoya dragged him along to test his new club might (sadly to a superficial glance) have made robo appear stunted when he simply happens to be the owner of a very lucid and invigorative mind? bc “methodical” happens to be the way he works as a person - which is why he voices it out and works the problem as a series of steps, but when you see him saying stuff like these

i dont get how anybody can continue to think he’s unable to get social cues. he continues to break them due to a raw ferocity in his unrelenting attitude and not bc he doesn’t truly understand what it signifies. or do you assume robo’s thinking something as idiotically basic as “i’ll just apologize first?”

well that’s the thing, given his traits it’s ridiculously easy to join it up like that saying robo’s “a weird kid” or “means no harm” when that cldn’t be further frm who he is: he’s one grounded and incredibly logical kid who isn’t as removed frm social cues as his enigma might have you think. give him 2 lifetimes and he’ll still never be somebody who “accidentally caused harm,” robo is no scatterbrain

that doesn’t mean he’s causing harm on purpose, or causing harm period. he’s too busy burning himself with his own ferocity which, coincidentally, is one of the furthest points that sets him apart frm kuroko

so ye let’s get this essay on the road

in both stories and at least of what i’ve seen in rxl so far, it’s a fact that the protags are occupied with a single, major task - but robo and kuroko are occupied with vastly diff tasks

kuroko has never been abt self-upgrade. kuroko is not a person whose story wld ever be concerned with re-evaluations, painful metamorphoses or discoveries of “who am i” - knb was a huge, huge story delivered just for kuroko’s ideals. and get this, he doesn’t own the ideals. the ideals own him.

that’s how he is as a person and that’s completely ok but it’s thanks to this - the layout of the story or otherwise - that funnily i don’t think the narratives were blatant and introductory enough with kuroko’s character as a person (for ppl to pick up frm the get go)

up till this day i hesitate to call him “kind” bc these are his concepts and ideals you’re seeing. it’s not “kindness” as a force in itself and, while im mostly neutral and even like kuroko (not slandering him just so you know), i’ll never hesitate to serve the reminder that “yes he did use kagami knowingly” or that he often, literally, is unable to see or think anything else if his ideals have been impeached. it’s not egocentric either (fujimakki’s characs are forever complex and i love it sfm) kuroko is whole-hearted and void of his own person when it comes to these ideals. or you cld say his person is those ideals.

so when ppl end up calling him “crazy/amazingly devoted” or “goes to insurmountable lengths for his friends” im like “...that’s not wrong” but it’s probably not the intended meaning most ppl have either. like i said fujimakki’s characs are complex and you often, if not always, can never take what you see for their surface value. nothing is as simple as that in sensei’s stories.

none of their personalities have been touched out in the open in knb believe it or not. it’s there when you wanna think abt who each of them are as a person but with the basketball plot gliding us over, who’s got time or the immediate interest for that ey? the intensity of the matches are fucking electrifying, you’ve got focused and determined players to watch and all is good -- but matches are just one part of the players who only assume their form as players when they step on the court

a human being is really complex and made of many infinitely smaller layers

and kuroko? i’ll break it down for you

he’s got a temper

a joker

appreciates idyllic times

mischievous (yes)

tAUNTS PPL

idk abt kind but he is indeed warm

contented to live a simple life

now here’s an impt one: he’s full of energy

it’s his body that can’t keep up, not him

and energy doesn’t mean you have to exert it like hayama

i think you can see he’s having fun: he runs and trains on the court with the mindset that he’s a very regular guy with a very regular stamina despite his (lack of) strength which is why he pukes and hacks and faints so often

and he just lets it come like some fucking joker

idk he’s just so full of energy this little fucker

it’s like this: he doesn’t actively go against the fact that his body is feeble and flimsy

but he’s so idgaf and comfortably spirited that he probably thinks it’s funny when his body does stop listening (which is every time)

and since he’s well-aware his condition is like that anyway he’s just gonna train like a regular person and listen to his body when it comes (read: collapses)

which is why he can puke, and puke so blatantly well

he’s not resisting anything be it the exhaustion that saps his body of what remaining strength it has, or the tired condition of his body

he embraces it all amazingly well imo, while it’s unfortunate for ppl like momoi who wld worry for him

but i also think this is another great attitude just as is kasamatsu-senpai’s methodology (taking impressive, measured care)

since measured care isn’t for everybody tbfh, likewise with kuroko’s method: tailoring each to their own is still the fucking best

i think enough on kuroko i like robo more than him i shld be moving on

roboooooooo homeboyyyyyyy um but, well, ok, first of all

he’s serious

like... god honest he’s a serious kid. ppl say these protags are similar in their dead fish eyes and general taciturn attitude but kuroko is the way he is bc he likes the idea of relaxed and you wont ever catch him being uptight or having exaggerated responses to things the way kagami or hyuuga or aomine do (tho expressive responses is actually the norm for ppl lol)

it’s kuroko’s way of life, having a more relaxed attitude than most, why else wld he find kagami’s responses entertaining if he didn’t understand what made it funny? (dont go there you know this fucker is having fun at kagamin’s expense)

while in robo’s case it’s hardly “relaxed anything” and he genuinely wldn’t find what tickles kuroko’s bone to be funny. he’s a serious kid omg and im even glad we’re having a serious protag (for no reason other than me being a sucker for them). robo’s taciturn attitude is a direct result of his seriousness

ok, example

@ the size of kagamin’s apmt he says it with a straight face and actually means it

none of that “im secretly being a joker” (which makes him god tier imo) bc rmb what i said abt this idiot having a temper

lesser characs in other series, when given a line like kuroko’s, are kind-hearted, mean absolutely no harm with their words and are playing around with whoever they says this to but kuroko, along with his “im gonna get angry” when kagamin didn’t exactly startle him shows that he has a actual personality that is as complex as any other human (not what i wanted to point out but since im on it)

some might say it’s just kuroko not being as kind-hearted as others but i appreciate that he’s complex and not all “friends and friends we have a good time and we hold hands” despite what ppl might say of seirin

but yes that’s not the point i wanted to talk abt the humor

tho he’s not being a joker in this scene like he is when he chases kagamin with nigou that’s an very obvious sense of humor in his statement (no matter how wry)

but

the 2nd example cldn’t be more obvious? in knb kagamin doesn’t even do anything to incite kuroko’s biting remarks (is it his fault that his apmt is huge? really? the guy wasn’t even flaunting but kuroko tsukkomis due to his sense of humor anyway. does he really feel that mad that kagamin’s got such a spacious living space or that kagamin is living so comfortably bc he can be seriously evil towards the guy even if it fuels my kgkr needs horribly)

(no, for the record it’s not your everyday “i tease you bc i like you,” kuroko means it. he motherfucking means it bc why else wld i had felt slightly uncomfy for reasons i cldn’t explain when i witnessed the way he tortures kagamin)

while in rxl

tomoya cldn’t incite anything better in his entire presence but i feel like robo, rather politely, closes it down like a sane person every time. bc he doesn’t feel any malicious intent towards tomoya and they’re actually getting along as friends despite what you may see as a simple comedy scene bc it’s how they operate/spend time tgt/get to know and understand with their differences

i feel like this single “tomoya, i told you to stop it” with the severely exaggerated way tomo is acting is...... the very essence of robo on display for the audience. robo is serious as in his innate attitude and responses to things, not that austere is the manner in which he conducts his life

proof: he went to fucking karaoke instead of declining? break down of robo cuz im getting tired

all the above traits abt him frm pilot chap

currently searching abt sth with himself

ok with most events (he ends up getting dragged by tomo even if he hasn’t fully comprehended why he has to be there, or is it “before he has”)

the stuff he brings up or replies in a convo are like your average person

^ hello, important????? a very normal and average person

esp this “wait, i can’t exactly say i’ve decided to join”

on other more vibrant characs they’d be like “who said anything lilke that?!” or “eh...? that’s not what i said...” but robo’s reaction is the perfect picture of normalcy bc it’s impt to point out the ambiguous decision left in joining in a situation like that tbh

maybe one of his traits has to be changed to “extremely methodical”

brash and excessively bold when something illogical happens, not like a switch but a necessity to prevent further ill logic frm spreading

logic is obviously a significant matter to robo

it’s a sign of the times 4/24

we don’t talk enough, we should open up. i think the physical exhaustion took a real toll on me today. i felt a little emotionally unstable and more vulnerable to negativity or just overthinking - and just in general i was real out of it and needed energy lol. i enjoy these low or challenging scenarios because it’s only when they happen and i’m aware of it in that very moment that i can try to change it and work on self control. never do it quite the way i want to tho lol. it was really good for me to get out of the house, but it happened really fast and ii think it’s a lot for my body and brain to take - as i haven’t digested things and have just been asking more and more questions confusing myself lol. but it’s ok - always on the go lol. i feel like this trip to see liily in her gpa element helped me in a lot of ways. it was nice to see lily with a bunch of people who really love her and have been with her through her year, which - not to say lily hasn’t struggled- but i think this year more than anything has been the most challenging from what i’ve known of her life the past like 7 years or whatnot lol. i think the year before with questioning faith/life and the cool nova kids and the angelic rebellion lool was also tough but in a different way lol. but yeah it was nice to see the support group and lifelong friendships she has built. i really wanted to understand gpa more so i could connect and be a bigger part of lily’s year because i want nothing more than to support her and have her felt understood. and i think i was getting there but then the last day it kinda fell off the earth for me so i suck lol. it was also nice to talk to mia, our relationship is mad sarcastic but i really admire mia and her intentions and insight into the world. she’s super real but also really positive, which is refreshing for me as i feel most people i know are ideal which is awesome but i feel like i bring them down if i offer my input lol. and the way her brain works vibes with me a lot lol. talking to fuyu was interesting too lolo. girls gained a looot of confidence. and ko had red scary eyes lol. wish ken came but i get why he wouldnt lol. i kinda wish i was more sincere with catching up with ko, he was in my workshop group the last two years and he’s a really great and hilarious person. lol i just feel like i’m not a soul person for people so i try less because they’re better off with others in my mind lol. same with guppy but it’s cool to see him, and i tried to connect to jesun a little bit cause that kid was aloone, he seems super sweet now. he was a total butt when he was young LOL. arent we all. anyway it was funny to see kinda the last generation i know through youth group in that environment. i was really grateful ariana was there because i feel we both could connect on on a mutual understanding of our environment - not to say it wasn’t a great place to be or we didn’t want to be there with lily. lol “i’ll go to the hell i WANT” even though lilys my child and husband i did feel like it was more hana’s place to be. so i felt a little bit confused on my role as i wanted lily to spend time with hana and spend time with everyone while they’re all still together, and i just personally am going through some questioning/seeking phase that i didn’t want to bring lily or anyone there into because i haven’t established balance lol,i’ve just been working and pushing off everything and now im starting to think slightly again lol. i also was just torn between supporting it wholeheartedly and my stubborn side of wanting justice and an expansion of knowledge. these kids are finding true parents and god and declaring theyre dedicating their lives to that, or at least 1-3 years lol, which is awesome to have such sincerity and desire to do good, but havent read the bible which is the basis of every religion and theory they believe in the dp, or know any other possible religion or potential theories on life mooore than likely. except lily who explored mormonism so respect to lily lolol. the way people would talk really put down the other religions and built up the unification movement felt unfair because i feel like no one even gave a fair shot to studying anything else besides what they’ve been spoon fed, as most people in this world do/ i did/i don’t know anything lol. and the way they talk about rev moonfrom an outside perspective feels like an unhealthy idolization of very imperfect people that one chooses to not see the imperfections of lol. 3 wives. illegitimate children. pedophile(married a 16 year old in his mid 30s, bitch i’d never let my 16 year old marry someone lol),several sex abuse testimonies. didn’t raise his family. forced sweet needy college kids to fundraise for 3-7 years for him instead of get an education or use their talents lol. i’m glad that all the parents are happy and felt like they had a purpose and can look back and feel good about things, felt like they had to sacrifice so we don’t have to, and have built some great families and have community, lol but i can only imagine the pain my grandparents and everyone else’s family felt when they had to watch their child drop their entire lives, marry a total stranger and completely listen to a narcisstic korean guy lol. that’s always gonna be an awkward thing in my family. lol. so i find it funny when parents get so sad or upset or there’s this guilt if your kid doesn’t stay in the church, because your kid is just doing exactly what you did and figuring out their own path and ideally not following someone wack lol. i realize that this is religion for everyone, everywhere. people just take what makes sense to them and works for them in their life and upbringing, and their personal experiences or how they perceive the world, and make up a “truth” which is relative to them. then they stick with it because that’s what they’ve grown up with. i mean what the hell else can you do LOL. everyone is entitled to believe what they want to believe and have their own experience no one else can know about it or say what someone should be or do, so really it’s just let it be if it’s not truly harming anyone and the intention is to help people and love people. but i just feel like it’s sucked me into this life thats a little narrow and doesnt have the best connections for actual contribution but thats ultimately my own fault so i shouldn’t assume that its that way for everyone else. i have no control and should only focus on what i can control which is doing my own shit lol. if i build a nonprofit empire and end world hunger, then maybe i can have a say on how to contribute in life lol. until then i can shut up LOL. all of this towards the movement is just pain coming from my strong dislike for myself for not actually trying to know anything growing up in it. lol. i just felt like i did but never did my research. and to come to the realization that i’m an ignorant narrowminded The obvious truth is that the elephant is a unity of many parts, a unity that they could not grasp in their ignorance. “ so basically what i want to do is focus on the cores that all religions believe(the principle of creation and all the positive things about the world is in every religion) but that alone won’t unite people and that’s why it hasn’t, because it’s these holes, these different interpretations that honestly probably all contradict themselves at some point lol, that have separated religions and caused people to grow up with these “different” belief systems, despite the core of all these belief systems being the same. so if we can find a way to compromise on these interpretations of the holes or look beyond it to the cores, we’ll be in a much better place in politics and religion. like honestly i’d like to go to each religion and be like here’s the evidence that supports your beliefs, and here are the potential holes. but then in the end the beliefs that matter are the ones that we experience everyday and that the majority of the people in this world agree on. it’s just crazy that the majority of the world believes in love and happiness and helping each other but we divide and can’t find a place to belong or fit into, and allow people with greed to control us and our outcomes. we have enough resources and enough knowledge to make the world better and safer but we continue to live in our own world with our own beliefs, not truly connecting to anyone outside of that. i don’t know. it’s very big and beyond me lol. but i’m a writer so i like to read and discuss it but i need to not take it so seriously or i need to keep my humility because i don’t know anything and i know that but by questioning everyone elses knowledge it makes it seem like i feel like i know more than them, but im just dumb and curious lol. and i like to understand because i don’t want to be so critical and an asshole forever lolo. i want to be supportive and loving and light like i was growing up. and perhaps when i read i’ll get knowledge that’ll make me more cynical because usually some of the happiest people are ignorant or just not making the decision to care more in a lot of senses lol. i don’t know what the balance is. i’ll figure it out. i’m in the arrivals section of this airport because these have real comfy chairs and it’s fascinating to see people reunite or wait for someone to arrive lol. airports really bring me back to the idea that there are so many individual stories being created in all these peoples’ lives from all over. humans of new york is really a genius thing. it makes you question the idea of significance.

I tell him in plain language I haven't eaten and have no money for food. He offers to loan me money and that I can come over. Like I lost alllllllllllllllllllllllll drive for anything. I cannot fathom going to a job. My whole disposition says I want to die every moment I'm awake. I watched this doc about this crazy lady who starved to death in an abandoned house on an occupied street like ppl walked by the house she had neighbors but she like actively chose to just starve and die. And everyone's so confused like oh the neighbors were there she could've gotten food but no. I get this lady. I am this lady right now. I am in an abandoned house that is my body and my neighbors can see I'm here but they don't care if anyone is home. They wouldn't feed me.

In some ways I was like oh no. This lady is me. But she was delusional. Like she made ppl up. I haven't ever. But I am becoming like my mother more and more but I guess I empathize more. This lady was so depressed like she really wanted to die all the time and she was miserable and couldn't keep friends and I get it now. I got it before but now I really get it because there's no choice anymore. At some point you like... You're standing on the edge of the abyss and then u let go and from that point on its just free falling out of control. You can't stop it once it's hit full momentum. And I'm screaming cuz I did the drugs. And I can do them again so I can placebo effectvmyself for 2 weeks and crash again. I am existing solely for the purpose of a few other ppl right now. Like I can't die right here because my roommate has to find it and he's the last person I want to find dead me. Like if a stranger could spot a body that is me, that'd be good. Or like a dog finds me first. I want to go in a forest. I want my body to refuel the earth and I want animals to tear me apart like when the Indians let vultures eat their dead. I'm dead you know. People have too much control. I'm used to no control and I embrace the lack of control one has in death despite society trying sooo hard. And I'm still there you know cuz I want to control when I die. I wan5 to choose and death is not about choice. And it's hard to die. Killing yourself takes like extreme effort. I cannot selfishly take my cats with me tho I want to. I want to die with my cat in my arms, the only thing that ever really loved me besides my dad. I just want to go far far out where it's no coming back. Like even if I last minute didn't want to I want to be so far out in the woods I can5 make it back in such condition so I just die because wanting to live is the moment of weakness. This is not a moment. I am not in a decade long moment. I am suffering and I hurt and the "system" is a fools game. Like it took 100 yrs to accept certain medications and procedures as fucked up because it takes society 100 yrs to figure anything out and like I guess my hope is that because we're evolving technology so fast maybe in 5 years they will know how to fix depression. They will look in my brain and s3e the suffering and fix it. And I'll flick a switch and my memories will be neutral in feeling, not ptsd.

It's not even ptsd anymore. No, it's not JUST ptsd anymore. It's the starting long term effects of poverty. It's like.. My own mental issues maturing with me as I'm getting older and it's not easier at all?

Like I tried to do my shop and realized its so half assed and like I can't be this age and present this level of effort. I can do better I just chose not to but I spend effort doing it half assed still. I took apart 80% of my jewelry and have yet to go back to it because why. And that's sad. Like I have to be careful now to maintain what I do have or I may not care enough to do it again. I have alllllllllllllllllllllllll the time in the world to do something. Anything. Any. Thing. And I've listened to 350 episodes of last podcast, know deeply a 38 yr old man I never met who plays video games online, watched anything deemed good on Netflix, am totally up to date on s3veral news websites and podcasts and I smoke like 400$ worth of weed a month.

But like.. I don't pretend I just don't talk. I talk to others, share commentary occasionally but I just don't talk about anything. I especially don't talk about how depressed I am because it just bothers ppl and creates both positive and negative opinions none of which are helpful to the illness.

So im very very secluded. And I used to use isolated but that's negative. That's saying I'm forced into it. I'm forcing it. I'm not. I actively choose it now so I am secluded and extremely private.

I'm still trying though? Like I don't even know why. Today I signed up for usertesting sites because I already do contract tests for consumer reviews so maybe I'll make some money but at the same time I feel like its another dead end. Just go work at McDonald's.

Art wise, there is so much I could do to revamp my shop. All new, well made jewelry. I need all new photos including ones of my art with close ups and stuff. I want to "graduate" my art skills a bit. Like really make nice well cut paper with borders for matting and start to sign my work and like all of this means higher quality so a higher price. I can do fucking better. And honestly I'm not doing anything else right now. My mind is completely disabled and to consider working is laughable now. I know I'm not going to so I can stop being anxious about it. Fuck em. I've been doing a depression project for charity cuz that's what I did earlier this year too but this one is more personal. I have 3/5 of what I wanted for my goal but at the same time what I made is so.. Average. It's not great at all. It's just iok and does the job and I tried my best but maybe I didn't? The fact 3/5 have all turned out with fairly major issues makes me feel less inclined to continue and the whole thing pointless cuz why give something to the homeless that sucks. So u can feel good?

I don't want therapy or medication. I deeply hate society and most of humanity. I used to be OK with it and I wanted to be apart of it but I was so shit on by so many people that I can't do it anymore. It's not worth it. 30 years of shit for like 30 y3ars of average? Cool.

Still trying tho. Still asked for money for food and I'll go hungry today but I'll havevmoney tomorrow I guess. That's life. Me and the 45 ppl on main St homeless. No sound psychologist would say yes 100% clearly functioning on their own in need of no assistance. And I don't deserve to be in a psych ward because my capacity for reasoning and logic is fully there and it's unfair to have success in q team monitored to be released into the same conditions you know.

So ever since I saw te first transformers movie I have loved the look of the camaro, and after 7 years I'm deciding if I should get one as my first car. Im a major gear head, especially muscle cars.
