I’ve discovered that there is a certain demographic that will always always respond to you talking about your chronic illness/pain with: “are you taking any supplements” 🫠

#to which I say: Helen if cranberry or turmeric was the answer I think I’d know #because my fellow chronic illness warriors would be SCREAMING it from the rooftops #I don’t think my eyes could roll any further into my head #(also I do take some supplements tbf but for other things not a literal auto immune disease ffs)#chronically yours #b rambles
