WOT season 3 episode 1 title is "to race the shadow" (source)
#me 2 weeks after getting a whole new season: FINALLY some FOOD#wot#wot on prime#the wheel of time#also the head writer for the episode is the same one who did 1x06 and 2x07 so people are speculating it'll be aes-sedai-heavy#but i think we can't necessarily make that leap just yet it's a big assumption#especially since the 2x08 closing shot was 'hey these 6 are the main characters now'#so it would be somewhat odd to go right back to moiraine-focus in 3x01. but who knows! maybe they will#you know actually the more i think about it the more i think it could make sense#to have Catchup With Siuan & Liandrin & The Tower as the A plot of the episode#while the falme gang spends the episode collecting themselves and getting into place for their main plotlines for the season#and maybe having some downtime and just talking to each other and reuniting in more detail#adding#wot book spoilers#for some of my tag/comment speculations

my rough guesses:
2x01: a taste of solitude | focus on the white tower gang (especially mat, with whom the audience is most in need of a catchup). the other groups set out on their journeys.
2x02: daughter of the night | focus on the forsaken and rand, with a parallel subplot of moiraine and lan realizing the forsaken have been freed.
2x03: what might be | focus on nynaeve and her accepted test.
2x04 or 5: daes dae'mar | focus on moiraine, lan, and rand in cairhien.
2x04 or 5: eyes without pity | focus on perrin and the battle that results in loial's capture by the seanchan.
2x06: strangers and friends | focus on the white tower gang, specifically the girls falling into liandrin's trap. B plot of perrin meeting aviendha and/or verin.
2x07: damane | focus on egwene in captivity. the other girls come up with a plan to free her. the hunt, rand & co, and mat approach falme.
2x08: what was meant to be | everybody comes together at falme.
i think daughter of the night and strangers and friends could be switched (if they want to save selene's identity reveal as a late-season twist, for example). episodes 4 and 5 is my best guess for a cairhien-centric daes dae'mar and perrin-centric eyes without pity but the order feels interchangeable to me (just because the picture of moiraine in cairhien is from 2x04 doesn't mean that's THE cairhien-focused episode, it could just be her arriving at the end of the episode to set up for cairhien-centric 2x05 for all we know).
and the following for a general structure of each group's story:
rand: early season = wandering alone and meeting selene; mid season = learning politics in cairhien and maybe working on moiraine's shielding; late season = trip to falme for whatever reason (either because his loved ones were threatened, like for book!falme, or to fulfill a prophecy, like for book!tear)
moiraine and lan: early season = investigating moiraine's shielding and maybe prophecies, perhaps a TGH-esque research scene with verin taking the place of adeleas and vandene; midseason = trip to cairhien, where they cross paths with rand and possibly siuan; late season = trip to falme with rand
perrin: early season = beginning the hunt and learning more about his wolf powers through elyas; midseason = losing loial and crossing paths with the aiel, the whitecloaks, the seanchan, and possibly verin; late season = trip to falme to get the horn
egwene, nynaeve, and elayne: early season = settling into the tower and training; midseason = black ajah investigation within the tower; late season = trip to falme with liandrin & its consequences
mat: early season = captivity by liandrin; mid season = quarterstaff training and maybe setting up his memory loss or even having him go through the first doorway; late season = trip to falme to look for the girls
the remaining 2 episode titles for season 2 are up!!
they aren't listed in episode order, but they are:
A Taste of Solitude (confirmed 2x01)
Daughter of the Night
Demane (presumably a type of Damane)
Eyes Without Pity
Strangers and Friends
What Might Be
Daes Dae'mar
What Was Meant to Be
