honestly it’s possible it’s a me problem where I’ve just been snowed in too long but I think The Ritual is boring too. Idk it’s just not moving fast enough. Ok we Get It. There’s a Creature. oh my god move on already

#I don’t like that there’s no women & none of these men have a personality beyond their trope really #like idk the aesthetic is cool & I like the setting #but the characters are soo dull & it’s been showing the same thing again & again for so long #you have to do something different with the plot to keep me interested #idk I just think it’s like. a subversion of things that have been done…. better?#the Blair witch project already exists #what is the point of this movie #movie tag #also I have been snowed in for a long time now & watching a lot of movies #so like. it’s possible it’s not the rituals fault #to be fair I still love my book (ski weekend rektok ross. it eats.) so I don’t THINK the issue is just me being bored #but it’s possible
