I don't think they'll reveal two Harbingers at the same time, they probably want to build up hype for Arlie first and have the first part of the Fontaine story centered around her, and then introduce Sandrone further down the line. To get things more heated and interesting. There's still a ton of time and this is just the beginning, so I wouldn't worry!
