#MeMadeMay Day 4: the same "pattern" as yesterday (I traced an African dress I love). This was a rayon/linen blend from @joann_stores probably 6 or more years ago. The fabric was a bit narrow, so I had to make the sleeves shorter and the skirt flare less to fit the width. I put slits in the side seams to make walking comfortable at that limited hem circumference. Today was cooler outside than inside. This is really a hot weather dress, so I wore long Johns underneath and a wool jacket on top, and wristwarmers indoors. I had hoped to wear all my dresses from that tracing, in a row. However, tomorrow is supposed to be even colder.
