TRYPOPHOBIA, HEMOPHOBIA AND SCOPOPHOBIA UNDER THE CUT!
Frankenstein'd these sprites together using the arcade mode clown, Nacha, Afton and The twins (I drew the eyes, mouth and mantail myself).
Oz may look cheerful, but this man is dead inside, trust me.
I kinda went for an opposites design when compared to his co-worker, Afton: Afton has dark, neat hair with a green shirt and square glasses while Keppler has light, messy hair with a purple shirt and round glasses.
Yes, that is a coffee stain on his sleeve.
