honestly the reason I have said in the past I don't believe Bellatrix knew is solely because I hate the fact that everyone and their mother knows Lord Voldemort is Tom Riddle in canon. It's just a strange writing decision imo. I know it's canon but I forget all the time that it's not a secret because it doesn't make sense to me :/
The interpretation that the reason Bellatrix was angry when Harry was talking about Voldemort being a half-blood being because she somehow wasn't aware of this is so ridiculous I've never even bothered to address it. Not only is Harry essentially mocking Voldemort (in a strange twisted strategic way, in a spontaneous desperate attempt to meet his goals in that moment) about something he obviously hates about himself (he openly hates his Muggle father), Harry's also implying that Voldemort has not shared this with the Death Eaters—that he has not shared this with Bellatrix. Of course that infuriates Bellatrix—as we see in Spinner's End, she is extremely offended at the insinuation that there's anything Voldemort doesn't share with her. The idea that Voldemort's half-blood status would be known to Lucius (the diary), Wormtail (monologue in the graveyard, and living in the Riddle House), Barty Jr. (conversation revealed at end of GoF), and more than likely all the DEs in the graveyard and any DE Voldemort went to school with (multiple family names are mentioned like Lestrange and Avery) or knew in his younger years (at least Nott, Rosier, Mulciber, and Dolohov knew him at a time that at least Dumbledore still knew he was Tom Riddle), but somehow not Bellatrix is just laughable.
