Ninth Mensiversary

Holy moly. I did not even make it to ten posts this month. *sad* Ah well. Working full-time with sick, contagious infants and taking care of a dementia-ridden grandfather can really sap a girl's life-force, yo. Hope I have more energy and mental bandwidth to do more next month! haha

*taps mic* hi yes, this is my submission to the ‘should i watch TMOHS in broadcast or chronological order”

Personally I am a HUGE proponent of the broadcast order, mainly because of better pacing and for both seasons it saves the climax for the end and leaves you with a greater sense of closure. AND experiencing the mystery of broadcast order is something you can only experience once. You can watch broadcast first then chronological and still experience chronological in a similar way as if you were watching it first, but If you watch chronological first then broadcast all the questions are already answered, the mystery isn’t there, and broadcast does not have the same impact.  BUT I also understand that it's super confusing to watch this way the first time, and it makes you ask a lot of questions because everything happens out of order chronologically. AND the first episode in broadcast is Really Not Representative of what the story is so it makes a lot of people drop out early.

So if you just want to see the stories in a straightforward manner for little doses at a time, chronological is your best bet. What works best for you is different for what works best for someone else!

TL;DR: are you committed to watching the whole series no matter what? Watch broadcast and all of endless eight. Are you someone who loses interest easily or are unsure if you'll stick around? Watch chronological also only the 1,7 and 8 of endless eight.
