Bandai Adds Plush Section to Amazon Tamagotchi Store

Smart move! Bandai is enhancing the Amazon Tamagotchi Store, it no longer just focuses on Tamagotchi devices, but also merchandise. A “plush” section has been added which showcase the ChibiNiu plushies, and several BANPRESTO plushies too! This makes them much easier to find instead of having to locate them on the BANPRESTO Amazon store.

My First Devilgotchi

Yay! After hearing feedback from my various social media accounts I decided to run my p’s! I went for a devilgotchi character because even though I LOVE them I never actually raised one before for some strange reason.

Other exciting news: Charlie had a baby (pink frill entama)! She married a Kutchipatchi this evening and had a baby boy! I wan’t planning on marrying her off so soon BUT I’m going to be out of town for the 4th of July and even though I’m taking her with me I didn’t want to risk her becoming a oldie because I’m assuming I won’t have time to raise a child tama while I’m out. Better safe than sorry! So now the baby tama will be in child stage when I leave town.

Also some interesting news: I sold a few tamagotchis today and ordered a Teku Teku Angel! For those who are not familiar it is a virtual pet pedometer. I’ve been eyeballing Teku Teku Angels for months though I wasn’t sure sure if I wanted to commit to it but...I don’t know! This morning I woke up and decided today was the day I was going to go for it!

I ended up selling my Cotton Candy connection v5, my yellow 20th anniversary chibi, my blue dekatama and my akai. All in all I’ve very satisfied with the whole process! Selling is actually pretty fun! And now I have the thrill of a new item coming in the mail!

The Teku Teku Angel I’m getting is the version than comes with a DS game - long story short (because this is not tamagotchi related) I also have a hobby of collecting old weird games for my DS so this was a win-win purchase for me. Also Teku Teku Angel is pretty Japanese heavy so I better get back on that Duolingo ASAP!

Chibi Nui Plushies Volume 2 Coming to MINISO & Amazon US Spring 2025

More plushies are coming to the United States! At the Tamagotchi Booth featured at the 2024 New York Comic-Con Bandai showed off some awesome new non-device merchandise, some of which were not allowed to be photographed!

What was really exciting is that the Chibi Niu plushies volume 2, that were originally introduced back in September, 2024, featuring Young Mametchi, Memetchi, Pochitchi, Maskutchi, and Gozarutchi are headed to both MINISO and Amazon US soon! We actually first saw these back in August at the 2024 Anime NYC convention. They should retail for their MSRP of $9.99.

You should see them at these stores starting Spring 2025, as announced by Tara Badie, Senior Brand Director at the 2024 New York Comic-Con "Fun With Tamagotchi" panel.

Tamagotchi Mini, also known as Chibi, is perfect for people who are busy. It's not demanding at all. It's possible to feed your character meals and snacks, to clean up after him/her, to give him/her medicine, and also to turn the lights on or off.

English P1 Arrived!!

An exciting update today in my Tama World! My English P1 arrived in the mail today! I’m so happy because I got the shell I wanted most!

Today is a rainy day for me so I’m staying in - a perfect time to catch up with my tamas and tama blog. I’ve been having a really hard time keeping up with my Entama and Uratama. My life has been so hectic lately (seriously I want nothing more than my life to go back to being peaceful but work has been testing me...). I’m thinking my P1 may be the perfect solution. I’m going to swap running my Entama for my P1 and see if that is better for me. If not I want go down to just running the P1 for a while until my life calms down.

I was looking at all of my tamas (I have quite a few at this point) and I miss all of them when I am not running them. Maybe this winter I will crack out at least one of my 4U+. I hear Mr. Blinky updated the English app so I’m sure it’s worth a shot redownloading it and testing it out. And yes I’m still hoping for an English patch for the 4U+......maybe one day.

I’m so excited to run my pretty baby tama! I got one of the new Chibi’s in the spring but I quickly found out that it required a lot more attention than I expected for a toy that seemed more of an accessory   than anything else. It was even harder for me to keep up with then my Akai! Despite this I have high hope for my P1. When I was a kiddo I have a original English P2 and I adored it! So bring on the nostalgia. With life being so crazy lately maybe a bittersweet walk down memory lane is what I need.

Alright y��all! I’m off to start up my P1 and whip my poor little Uratama in shape! He’s a precious little bat - how cute!
