I have another theory about TMAGP (Spoilers Below, as well as spoilers for TMA!)

So, in TMA, the "real" cases aka those from the Fears, could not be digitized, and thus Jon had to use the tape recorders. Furthermore, the avatars themselves were not able to use technology as efficiently as humans (like with Not!Sasha and her computer being on the fritz all the time).

So, could there be something similar going on in TMAGP? Fr3D1 only records certain statements (Ink5oul, Bonzo interview, Needles, ect), and we only hear others as they are read out by Chester, Norris, and Augustus. Maybe these are the only "real" statements (involving the Fears, in whatever shape they may be in), the only ones that are shared with us. There are other statements, like the Frankenstein statement Sam got when Gwen was training him, like there were in TMA, so my theory is Fr3D1 is filtering out the "true" cases from the "untrue" statements, like the Web was doing in TMA.

So...if a living chronicle of terror found itself separated from the world it carried its knowledge for...knowledge that is relevant to the survival of fear itself...hm.
