as you can probably tell i am laser-focused on the last kingdom stuff (last season and all that). so my peaky blinders fics have taken a back seat...i apologize, they will get done, just don't know when. 😬

I didn’t really know what to expect going into season 5 but I did not expect it to have me in fucking tears for half of the damn season. Uhtred really lost so many people this season. 

What I was not expecting was for Sigtryggr’s death to hit/affect me as hard as it did. His death scene -- his last moments comforting Stiorra and dying an honorable death by the hands of Uhtred who was having such a hard time doing it. I think his death was the hardest for me to watch out of all the death’s this season and it fueled my hatred for Edward even more.
