bruh drink more water and sleep w/ a clean&dry towel on ur pillow every night...also if u have a rly bad pimple and need it gone and dried out by the morning.. toothpaste (not gel) works in a pinch

thank u !! i normally drink almost all water but i allow my self a cup of tea or soda a day. i wish i could eat healthier tbh but all i can afford is school lunch and i barely have time to eat a full good meal
