Huzzah! I’ve officially finished my first year of graduate school!! I celebrated by making myself fancy salmon and the most ridiculous cake ever. (Two-thirds of it are DEFINITELY gonna end up in the freezer.) This year has been a roller coaster and while I’m excited for a bit of a breather, I’m also curious (nervous) to see how summer operates under the current circumstances.
