im watching the terminator for the first time. never got to it. and i love the movie. the lore is honestly pretty good, the terminators are super fucking terrifying, the scene where he shoots up the police departments is genuinely distressing haha.

but some of the time travel implications are kinda insane. reese says to sarah in one scene, tak Connor gave him a picture of her, which lead to him falling in love with his leader's mother. Connor then apparently has the volunteer mission to time travel, and he does it. so essentally he is saying "yes leader i will go to the past and fuck your mother so you will be born"

and like i find that absolutely fucking insane loooooool

yeah i should have probably finished the movie first haha. i'm stupid. will update this later, watching the second movie immediately. crazy to thing that people waited 7 years for the sequel haha.

finished both movies! i understand now. the first movie walked, so the sequel could fucking soar. what a good movie haha. incredible.

i am absolutely in love with the Connor family. and of course best mom Sarah Connor. her k/d ratio is truly peak.

gonna do Robocop next. also never seen that.
