But what you probably don’t realize, is that they are judging you based on their own limitations and beliefs. They judge based on the way they see the world through the lense of their life experiences, trauma, triumphs and tribulations. It’s impossible to see things the way another person does because we are all unique. We are all individuals with differing backgrounds and upbringings. So try as we might, you can only see wuth the eyes you are given. Over time, and with practice, you can learn to appreciate another’s lense of life, but it’s sure easier when you give it no mind at all. So what is possible for you when you release the fear of judgement of others?
