Exactly! I blame the lack of self-awareness too. The 60 minutes clip going around right now has him complaining about leaks from the institution...during an interview with 60 minutes about the book he wrote about his family.

I think his "victim" status is so ingrained that he doesn't understand that he is now the aggressor and that invalidates a lot of his arguments and narratives. This Times story hits the nail right on the head.

Even if you believe the palace leaked against him (which I don't), the response is wildly disproportionate. I'm not sure which particularly story he is referring to in this clip, but the ones mentioned in the documentary were the Megxit leak (which Wooton says he got from Meghan) and the Africa leak (which I believe was Meghan), and neither one was, strictly speaking, negative. The only arguably negative own was the story about making Kate cry (which supposedly came from a CWK aide), which seems to be the one they care about the most, and, seriously, this is ridiculous. An Oprah interview, a Netflix documentary, two interviews with Tom Bradby, an interview with Anderson Cooper, a book, and multiple podcasts...about an unverified story about making Kate cry??????

“  no... i didn’t,  ”  it sounded somber coming from her, a different tone than her normal. evan’s question left an eerie echo running towards the back of her mind. she knows it’ll keep spinning on its axis, along with the rest of her notions that keep piling up,  “  nothing gave away that my dad was up to something that fucked up. it was either he was holed up at work or he needed to go in early-- it’s not exactly out of the ordinary for him to not come home right away, ”  pulling back with her hands off the table, she looks to the twin,  “  i gotta dig in some more and i don’t know where to keep going. the lab is sectioned off, there’s way too many cops out there guarding the place.  ”
