Not a word typically used to describe yourself but after six long months aboard the Victoria Punk, the fierce Captain Kid had once again overlooked your playful flirting as he stormed to his workshop; a hint of red on the tips of his ears were the only sign he’d heard what you said.

You weren’t sure what his deal was – you’d never seen him hook up, not with anyone on the crew and not with anyone on islands the crew landed at. Sure he’d go into strip clubs or make out with random people at the bar from time to time but not once had you seen him spend the night off ship. Or seen a one-night stand stumble from his cabin.

It was puzzling.

A devilishly handsome, well-toned man like him had women and men swooning over him, flirting and spoiling him with compliments, drinks, and food to gain his favor. Kid didn’t always accept the tokens and he almost never accepted them from you. Food and drinks yes but flirting? Almost like it went over his spiked hair; a blush, smirk or scowl the only response he gave you.

It made you…desperate.

Was he really that disinterested or was there something else?

Someone else?

So you did what any rational person could do – you got Killer drunk and tried to weasel out information. But the son of a bitch was like a sealed vault, refused to give up anything about his best friend. And he teased you for it.

“D-you like him or something?” the blonde finally asked.

“I—” you stuttered, “I’m just wondering why! Does he not like sex or?”

Killer didn’t answer right away, swirling his cup before taking a contemplative sip from his straw. “It’s not that, so much as…” he took another sip, “He prioritizes his ambitions and dreams. That’s all.”

“What does that have to do with fucking?”

“Absolutely nothing. He just hasn’t.”

“…Hasn’t? As in had sex?”

Killer shrugged, neither confirming nor denying. That stunned you into silence.

“Really? A guy like him??”

“If you’re so interested in finding out – you should ask him yourself.”

“I’ve tried! I flirt with him, wear revealing clothes, he usually ignores me!”

Killer began coughing, putting his drink aside as he shuddered between suppressing laughter and trying to breathe.

“F-ff-ff- ahh no he doesn’t. He just pretends to.”

“WHAT?!”

“He’s not an idiot, he knows what you’re doing. But he won’t do anything about it since you’re his responsibility; unless you were to, well, be aggressively transparent.” With that, Killer left you alone in the galley.

And Kid’s known the whole damn time and not even acknowledged it. That was frustrating. So much so you decided to try again the next day and be as blunt as possible.

You knew his schedule by heart, you skipped breakfast to hide in his workshop. Wearing a short skirt and oversized sweater, you took a pair of scissors and got creative. Carefully snipping away at the fabric, you cut away at your outfit to expose your bra and panties, not quite getting naked, enough to be as blunt as possible about your intentions.

The sound of thudding boots growing closer suddenly made you nervous but you swallowed your anxiety and snipped the strap of your bra before tossing the scissors and turned away from the door.

“The hell are you doing in here? Why weren’t you at breakfast?" stunned to find you in his sanctuary, a place he expressly forbade anyone from.

You turned your head to the side with a pout on your face, “Didn’t want to eat. I want something else.”

Slamming the door shut, Kid removed his coat and threw it on the table before roughly grabbing your shoulder to face him. His face turned bright red as his golden eyes traveled up and down your body. Studying the way the slit up your skirt gave him a view of your panties, the way your breast threatened to spill over the edge of the cup of the destroyed bra.

You heard his breath sharply release from his lips, “What the…the fuck happened to you?”

You narrowed your eyes, “You did. This is what you’ve driven me to.”

He backed away from you with shock and surprise on his face, “I did what?!”

“I want to fuck you,” you walked towards him, hips, thighs, and breasts jiggling with each step, “I’ve tried flirting with you, dropped hints, given you a share of my loot, and literally hand fed you and you’ve NEVER reciprocated in any manner. So, is it me? Do you find me atrocious? Unfuckable?” your voice became gravelly from the internalized resentment and embarrassment you felt from the efforts you’d put in all this time. “Please, tell me. It’s killing me. If you don’t want me, I’ll stop. But just say something. Am I making a fool of myself for wanting you?”

Kid’s back hit the door, eyes wide as he listened to your rant, “I-wha-no! It’s not you, it’s…”

You stopped a few feet from him, so desperate to hear his answer. You could see the bulge outline in his pants.

“FUCK!” he snarled, smacking his own face to cover his flushed expression, fingers digging into his skin until deep red crescents marked him. “I’ve never had sex!” he finally confessed.

“Really?” you asked, not at all expecting that response. “But…why not? You’re hot as fuck!”

“I JUST HAVEN’T OKAY?!” he lashed out, making you step back from him, a little intimidated by his embarrassed rage. “I’ve got more important shit to do than fuck around and spawn a bunch of bastards,” he spat through grit teeth.

“I KNOW THAT!”

Your hip clipped the table’s edge and you stumbled backwards. Before you fell, Kid grabbed your arm and pulled you up, in doing so you fell right into his bare chest. You could feel the goosebumps ripple across both your bodies from the touch but he didn’t move away.

“I’m sorry,” you whimpered, a bit ashamed from the confrontation, “I just needed to know if you found me attractive, at all. I’ll leave you alone.”

Still holding on to you he barked out, “Have you fucking seen yourself? Who wouldn’t be into you?!”

“Well, you? Considering you keep blowing me off,” you mumbled.

That made him laugh, “REALLY? Shit and here I thought I was being a decent Captain by not sleeping with my subordinates.”

“Really? You parroted in shock, that was surprisingly mature and unexpected. “But I’ve never seen you fuck around with anyone so I just thought—”

“Does this seem like I’m not interested?” he huffed, using his metal arm to grab your waist and pull you into him. Felt his erection against your lower belly. “Fuck me for trynna do the right thing.”

He made you walk backwards, still pressing his body into yours, “I get hard every day just looking at you. When you say cheeky shit, I have to come here and jerk off so I can fucking think clearly. You’re my biggest distraction but—” his hand ghosted up your arm to caress your cheek with surprising gentleness, “—I’ve never not been attracted to you.”

“Oh,” you hummed, still as stone to preserve the moment.

With a click of his tongue, Kid grabbed your chin and planted a wet kiss on you.

Your eyes were crossed from the feeling, lost in a haze as you felt him swing your body around until you were pushed back on top of his coat. The withdrawal of his touch brought you to reality, mouth gaping as he stood in front of you but did not initiate further contact.

“Show me what you like,” he rasped out. “Touch yourself. Teach me what to do.”

⭐Chisei would be sitting on a chaise longue. His eyes closed but hid behind a pair of sunglasses while he would make a small and soft smile at the thought of being there, at the beach sunbathing. His bare chest would look slightly glowing under the sun, probably due to a little bit of sweat. His blonde hair would look adorably messy while and his hands behind his head. He would enjoy the sun when suddenly he would hear your voice: "Chisei? Are you sleeping?". He would open his eyes and turn his head softly towards right. Even if his eyes would still be behind his sunglasses, you would notice his lips curving in a soft smile, while his cheeks would blush sweetly. Chisei would shake his head and chuckle: "No, no.. I'm awake, y/n! Also.. you really look adorable in that bikini, you know? It fits you!!". As complimenting you, the blush wouldn't disappear immediately and, even if deep inside you're insecure about yourself, for example, Chisei would keep his eyes on you, admiring you just like an art lover would admire a piece of art.

⭐At the beach Chisei would be the type of guy swimming 24/24, no doubt! He would swim and even splashing you with water. He's more chaotic than Haruomi for sure and he also has a sunny personality, so I cannot deny the fact that in my opinion he would have fun swimming or even making some sand castles with you. I don't know why, but my imagination let me imagine something... strange: Chisei getting buried in the sand and you sculpting the body of a mermaid while letting only Chisei's head out of the sand. (sorry- XD). About food, well.. I'm sure Chisei would have asked Haruomi to cook and prepare some food and snacks for you both, so.. I guess you would eat what Haruomi prepared for you! "H-Hey! It's true that Haruomi cooked all of this, b-but.. but I bought your favourite snacks all by myself for you, hehe!!"

⭐Haruomi would be under the beach umbrella while keeping his eyes on you. You would be lying on a beach towel while sunbathing, your body wrapped in a bikini of your favourite colour. Haruomi has always been more introverted and unable to fully express his own feelings, so.. he wouldn't compliment you immediately, but keep his eyes on you the whole time instead, maybe slightly blushing after seeing you noticing and looking back at him. "Huh? Something's wrong, Haruomi?", you would ask sitting up and styling your hair, fixing it softly with your hand while taking some sunscreen. Haruomi's corner's lips would curved softly but he would only keep his piercing and charming eyes on you. You then would start to put some sunscreen on your shoulder and a little bit on your face. "No, it's just...", he would mutter: "You look beautiful today...". His words would catch you off guard, since it's not that usual for someone like him to compliment like this, all of a sudden. You would blush and smile, thanking him. "Now.. come here, let's eat something.."

⭐As a perfect cook and owner of Raimentei, Haruomi can cook, so I'm sure he would have prepare all the snacks and food you most enjoy eating. He would be the one serving you and then would secretly- because it would be evident, actually, since he would stare- admire your happy face while eating, his lips curving up in a soft and unique smile again. At the beach you both would mostly relax, but maybe you would also have a bluetooth speaker to listen to some music too! Maybe he would also let you hear something about Buraikan new songs too. Or if you are the one with the sunny personality, you could end up making some pranks- like splashing Haruomi with some water- and then he would stand up and smirking would start chasing after you until both you would swim together! "What a mistake you've made, y/n..!". It depends on your personality, mostly. But whatever your personality is, both Chisei and Haruomi would enjoy some vacation with you!♥

Phantom Troupe / Thoughts on HWR Reader.

Note: i wanted to do something similar to the voice lines genshin characters have about one another but with some phantom troupe members ... maybe i’ll do a collect of HWR reader’s thoughts on each of them?? she’d definitely have a paragraph about hisoka. reader is described with she/her pronouns here !

Chrollo

To put my thoughts about [First] into words, where would I begin...? The way she carries herself demands attention. She tends to draw attention wherever she goes. Ah, no, this is of no issue to me. What good is possessing a jewel if it’s not on display for others to both admire and envy? While her looks are undeniably an appeal, it’s her brain I enjoy the most. I thought our viewpoints mostly would align due to our similar occupation, yet there’s a great deal we disagree on. Hours can escape us once we get started on a particular topic. 

Phinks

You’re asking me about [First]? Ahem, well, she’s fine. Can hold her own. Kinda reminds me of the characters in those old timey movies who talk all properly ‘n shit. It’s cute... that is to say, in a professional capacity, naturally. Strictly professional. Ah, but if you ever need to learn how to do some weird rich people garbage, she’s the one to ask. Y’know, the different types of spoons and forks.  

Feitan

Cuts too clean. Ends fight too fast. No fun. Torturing people, though... not bad. 

Machi

Didn’t know what a rich girl wanted with the Spider at the first, but if the boss picked her, he must have his reasons. Paku took to her quickly, so by extension I... yeah. She’s alright. 

Shalnark

While you can count on her in a fight, in a casual environment, she’s surprisingly dense. We keep a tally of how many times Phinks has mustered the courage to ask her out only for her to not realize it, let me check... aha! It’s up to four. Hoping to hit five before the year ends. Franklin owes me a favor if we reach it. Also, the go-to pick for trivia night. She doesn’t know what a hotdog is but can explain the theory of relativity or recall the year a ruler from so and so in the year whatever ascended to power. Guaranteed win. 

Pakunoda

A very well mannered individual. My initial impression stopped there for some time. For her first job with the Spiders, the boss paired her up with me. In retrospect, I suppose he foresaw something I did not. We formed a mutual bond and have frequently stayed in touch sense. How do I say this... she’s endearing, in a sense. Once you know her tells, it’s quite easy to get a read on her. 

Shizuku

I finally remembered her name. What else? Uh... it’s fun to watch her fight. I wish they’d last longer. By the time she starts to really put in effort, the opponent is dead... I want to see more. 

Uvogin

A bit of a stick-in-the-mud, if you ask me. The most I’d ever seen her drink was when she lost a bet and had to take a sip of beer. The face she made... you’d think she’d been stabbed in the gut. Refuses to eat fast food too. Something about it ‘impacting the release of glucose in the blood system,’ or whatever. Can rip flesh and bones to smithereens, though. Guess that’s all that matters. 

Nobunaga

An oddball, that one’s fighting style is. I can never figure it out. Rather than using one style with a sword, she switches between multiple... must be a nightmare for anyone she’s seriously up against. Her movements almost looks weightless. Seriously, what do they teach overseas? Maybe I’ll take a pilgrimage to her home country and give it a shot myself. 

Franklin

[First] didn’t speak much for the longest time. At first, I wondered if she felt superior to us due to her background. I didn’t care for her until she proved joining the Spider’s was more than a whim. 

Hisoka

Ah, yes, what a lovely specimen that one is ♥ the way she glares at me yet tries to act professional excites me. I wonder what it would take to set her off. More importantly, though... killing her would ensure Chrollo’s wrath. He’d have no qualms fighting me then. 

Bonolenov

The both of us are enthusiasts when it comes to dance. I taught her some of the staples from the Gyudondond Tribe, while she trained me in the styles popular in her homeland. While watching her fight, I noticed her movements were similar to what she’s taught me. In that regard, I suppose we’re similar; we both incorporate dance during combat.

I mentioned here that I did a test as her since I don't have a lot of in-depth knowledge about tarot cards, and she got The Empress, which I can see.

Although, I also feel like with regards to the events of the game specifically, that Death fits really well:

Probably like 85% neutral good and 15% lawful good. The system is basically inherently corrupt so she doesn't see it as a moral compass, and she's more inclined to do the right thing just because she believes it's the right thing. But she does also kind of gravitate towards order and the security that she feels comes with that.

Valerie is an ISFJ. Friendly, reliable, has big softie feelings she tries to repress, struggles to ask for help, likes structure, etc.

Definitely, and I might have to do a full post dedicated to this when I can get some street photography time in the game.

Prior to living with Goro, the most cooking Valerie did was nuking microwave meals or takeout leftovers. Between growing up with two extremely busy corporate parents who didn't cook much themselves and then living in apartments with little-to-no kitchen spaces, she never really had reason or opportunity to learn anything else.

She does enjoy cooking with Goro, though. She's a little intimidated and insecure at the prospect of cooking something entirely by herself, especially given his discerning palette, but she enjoys learning something new and sharing that passion with him.

And since she's lived all walks of life, she can appreciate a fancy meal at a fancy restaurant, but also isn't about to stick her nose up at some questionable yakitori. She knows that sometimes she can't be too picky about where she gets her next meal.

♥Having a ”Family game night” with the Feanorians♥

Hi! I just got this idea some days ago, hope you like it 💖

-Being a Feanorian is quite good, but sometimes your Father Feanor has some work to do as prince of the Noldor and future king, and the days pass and the weeks pass and your brothers and mother also have their own stuff to do not paying attention to family

-But there’s a night where all the family comes together and that is the “Feanorian family’s game night”, (The name was placed by the Ambraussa), the night is supposed to be full of fun, games, food, and most importantly family bonding

-Each member of the family is designated to bring something for the night for example Maedhros brings the blankets and pillows, Maglor brings his harp, Celegorm brings a bunch of tasty snacks, Caranthir and Curufin bring a lot of different types of games, card games, board games, any game!

-The Ambraussa alongside Celegorm bring the food, they bring sweet food such as cookies or cake, and they also bring other things like sandwiches and stuff like that

-Feanor doesn’t bring food or blankets, he brings a gift for each member of the family, obviously crafted by him cause he is very proud of his skills, rather it be a new dagger or sword for the boys or a luxurious necklace or bracelet for your mom, you can rather recibe any of them

-When the night starts and the games begin you need to be prepared for brother rivalry cause this night is going to have a lot

-Maedhros is the one to read the rules for the whole family even though no one is paying attention to him, he sticks to the rules in every moment of the game and will remind the rules every once in a while. Maglor is just enjoying the time with his family, he mainly stays close to his mother cause she is also relaxed as him, he don’t care about the games, he just wants to have a good time

-Celegorm is a whole another story, he is actually paying attention to game and he basically declares war to the whole family on the game, here is where his Feanorian temper is shown. The one to follow Celegorm’s competition is Caranthir, he is also very competitive in the game, and he is constantly asking Maedhros the rules cause he wants to be prepared when Celegorm somehow cheats on the game

-Curufin is playing the game but his attention is more focused on the delicious food, he’ll be eating all the tasty snacks while he plays the game. The Ambraussa are just laughing at everything, at Celegorm’s and Caranthir’s competition, how Maedhros grows stressed with all the rules, how many food can Curufin eat, and how Maglor and Nerdanel are just not paying attention to anything

-Feanor probably will be playing the game and if one of his sons is actually being competitive towards him... just prepare for a passionate father playing against his sons. You can rather hang with all of them or like Maglor stick with one of them, but make sure you spend time with all of them cause that’s what the night is for

-Maglor will also sing for you and play the harp for the whole family to listen, and he might invite you to sing with him. When the family is tired of playing games the focus will be on the food, and if you got luck Curufin will actually leave you food to eat. The food goes from desserts to salty food.

-Expect a deep talk late at night with the whole family, all of the feanorians will get around a circle with lots of blankets and pillows and will talk about everything, the topics are very variated, for example what the family have done this days, an upcoming feast, how to prank uncle Nolofinwe, and some terrible jokes of Celegorm

-Probably the first one to fall asleep is Maglor and the last one is probably Celegorm or the Ambraussa cause they are way to active, the next day everyone will wake up and will see the mess of the last night but that won’t stop your father from ordering breakfast there for all of the family

-Spending a family night with the Feanorians is one of the benefits of being a Feanorian, and the fun part is that it has a lot family bonding
