Ok, more spiraling… what if “ready for it” was originally written for Matty then repurposed for Joe?

no guys the timeline still exists. she had a fling with matty at the end of 2014 and it was wrapped up by the time she got with calvin in early 2015. she did not start writing songs that made the rep album until well over a year later, right when she met joe (and got closer with lily requsite tily acknowledgement for those of you that dabble)

in fall of 2016 she starts hooking up with joe and goes crazy writing all the songs for rep, they tie back to him not matty.

i think we have to look at matty in the context of things falling apart so horribly with joe and being hard and toxic for a long time. i think she saw joe as The Answer to snakegate (it’s how she won it) and also The Answer to her yearning for golden love and she got so desperate when she realized it wasn’t going to work with Golden Joe she pivoted HARD into matty and his love bombs she put matty on a Pedestal quickly because losing joe drove her a bit mad.

i don’t think matty is actual some golden love she’d been craving for years, i think he was a fling she wondered about but nothing too deep until she reconnected with him during the wreckage of failed toe.

we can certainly revisit (in fact i think we must) songs like the 1, cardigan, illicit affairs, high infidelity and ivy with matty in mind but reputation and lover are mostly about joe. we can keep an eye on them ofc but the timeline remains.

There was a post on the gaylor subreddit yesterday that gives a great rundown of Tily. The whole thing is definitely worth a read, but one thing that caught my eye was the pictures of Taylor painting a wall dark blue. I had seen one of them before but I'm not sure I've seen the others.

There are Kaylor posts that I've seen that claim that the "brother's wall" that she painted was her friend who she considers a brother, and includes a picture of it:

Except…except….except these blues are nothing alike. Even the lighter blue in the upper right of Taylor's collage, which was probably the first layer of paint, is still too dark and the wrong hue of blue compared to Karlie's friend's apartment. The only light blue getting painted in the Tumblr post linked above was a promo shot - you can see the cameraman in it. Hilariously, the dark blue picture where taylor's actually painting a real wall is in that post too, just slid in there with no comment.

So what's the kaylor-splanation for this?

Anyways, this tily reddit post is so worth reading. There were some videos linked in it that I've never seen before.

And this has been said before but it bears repeating: the tily timeline and kaylor timeline don't necessarily contradict each other. They both probably existed, just at different times. But Lily was the one who showed up next to Scott Swift in the VIP tent on the first night of the international eras tour, exactly 2,190 days after the release of rep. Which is super fucking loud.

What is the golden tattoo they wore? Is it an actual necklace or was it drawn on?

There are two golden tattoos in the Tily timeline, technically three if you count the golden sticker tattoos Taylor, Karlie, Halston Sage, and some of the other girls wore to Drake’s birthday party in 2016. For several reasons I don’t think the Drake party golden sticker tattoos are the “golden tattoo” referenced in “Dress.”

First, Lily has an actual tattoo of the word “golden” in Latin.

Second, Taylor and Lily wore matching golden tattoos around their neck during a key part of the Autumn of 2016, when Taylor was writing Reputation and falling in love with the Rep muse.

I believe all the rumours of Swiftgron, Kaylor, Tilly have had happening.

We all know Joe Alwyn most likely bisexual. So Taylor and Joe are on transactional business. I was convinced that Joe Alwyn and Taylor in real relationship until the Grammygate. It seems there is funny business there.

But after I read Lily Donaldson theory, it could be real. Taylor was back and forth London New York, etc, especially after Kaylor the after 2016. We are all believe Dianna Agron and Karlie Kloss are Taylor big muse. But, it also possible Lily in part of album songs of Reputation, Lover. But I more inclince that Folkmore and Evermore are more Dianna, and her dissapointed by Karlie.

About KARLIE & JOSH K. Rumours said, at first, Karlie was not accepted by K-Family. I think its logical. At those time I think Karlie was only a super model without degree. Kushner is conglomerate developers, all their children and in laws have degree. I bet thats one of the reasons Karlie go to NYU so she has a degree. I'm very new to this and don't know any theories yet. Anyway, what's up with Joe? Is it (double) bearding/pr? To my knowledge it all clashes with Kaylor and I also can't figure out how Jaylor could even be real. To my understanding Kaylor also broke up, am I right in assuming that it's what "we" assume?

Let me start by saying that there is no real consensus among gaylors. There is not really a “we”. Most gaylors have our own views and some overlap, but not all.

There are gaylors who think Taylor is bi/queer and is really with Joe. There are others who think she is bi/queer and Joe is a beard (maybe originally for Karlie and/or Lily Donaldson, but was extended due to quarantine).

There are gaylors who think Taylor is a lesbian, but only some of the boyfriends have been beards (meaning some think she dealt with comphet beyond high school). Then there are gaylors like me who believe that Taylor probably dated guys in high school because of peer pressure or comphet, but is a lesbian and all of the public boyfriends have been beards.

My best advice for someone just starting to look into gaylor, is to read up on the theories and look at all the evidence and decide what makes the most sense to you. None of us can really know the truth because we don’t know Taylor like that, where she is divulging her secrets to us. If we did, we probably wouldn’t be speculating about it online (and probably signed a NDA anyway). Or, at least, I hope no one in her inner circle who she truly trusts would do that.

Some suggestions:

Start here with a Kaylor leaning master post that touches on Swiftgron and Taymily.

Then check out this more in-depth Swiftgron master post.

You can read the Tayliz master post, but not many gaylors believe in Tayliz. It’s my favorite to speculate about, but I’m still not totally convinced.

Another speculated relationship, but not very popular, is Tily. You can read up on it here.

There are things in most of the master posts that don’t really line up for me, but overall, they provide a decent overview because they usually include all or most of the known pictures, mentions, tweets, ig posts, etc. of Taylor and that woman. I’m sure you can find others by googling “Gaylor Swift timeline” or “Gaylor Swift master post”, but, again, keep in mind that there will likely always be some bias thrown in by the creator. I am not saying that in a bad way. It’s very difficult not to do that, as I have done it myself when writing certain things.

Long story short… (or not so short)

I believe Joe is a beard and probably a close friend who was meant to cover for Karlie and/or Lily and maybe some other woman/women over the last 5 years. I don’t really have enough of an opinion to speculate if it’s a double bearding set up or if it’s purely bearding for her and PR for him. There are blind items suggesting he is a beard and that he secretly hooked up with men, but take all that with a grain of salt, ofc.

I believe Kaylor broke up in 2016 and Taylor dated Lily for a couple years, while Joe acted as cover so she could have a reason for being in London so much. Some think Kaylor may have been on and off until 2020, but I just don’t think that’s the case. IMO, Kaylor was falling apart in early-mid 2016 (Cruel Summer), Taylor may have tried to keep things going, but Karlie chose Josh and ended things with Taylor in late 2016 and Taylor rebounded with Lily and ran away to London. Kaylor may have hooked up a couple more times after that, but they were only seen together once after November 2016 and that was when Karlie attended a 2018 Reputation Tour show in Nashville during her bachelorette week (could be part of what Taylor is talking about in MTR with “And you're the hero flying around, saving face”).

I think Taylor is single or was for a while after 2018. She may have hooked up with other women in the meantime or may have a super secret girlfriend. I mean, she has written/spoken plenty about being in a relationship that no one knows about with someone living a normal, private life, which would not apply to Joe, Lily, or Karlie, all of whom were involved in the entertainment industry prior to meeting Taylor, meaning they have some kind of not normal life and at least some interest in being a celebrity, or at least being a known/respected actor in Joe’s case. Otherwise, why pursue that kind of career, expecting to get any work?

Like I said, this is just what I think and I could be wrong. I suggest looking at all the “evidence” that is out there and figuring out what makes the most sense to you. I tend to lurk more often than not because I see a lot of gaylors, especially the newer ones, have much different views than I do and I’d rather not get in a disagreement about something that we’re all kind of just viewing through our own perspectives, you know?

I hope this was helpful in some way, Anon. I may not be the best help because I have what I think some would see as a pretty out there gaylor stance and have held it for quite some time and I think some people just don’t understand how someone could go to the certain lengths it would take for Taylor to have stayed in the closet, but I do.

I'm gonna let you in on a little secret--generally speaking, I refuse to pay for digital shit, so with spotify, I listen to the free version, and then when they try to break my spirit with commercials or not letting me skip songs, I switch to pods, which are blessedly, REMARKABLY ad-free, so I actually do have a few recs for things I've listened to and enjoyed. What I Will Say. My beloved Gaylor podcast...and what I will say is that Cam (the host) is a delight, but you'll want to pick and choose the episodes you listen to about how gay Taylor Swift is on main because not all are as gold as the tattoo on Lily Donaldson's wrist that absolutely matches up with the Tily timeline.

Disgraceland. Tbh, I'm not a big crime podcast fan, and this one can be REALLY disconcerting at times, but if you're into some true-life crime stories about musicians and the horrific, oft-unresolved stories of their deaths and/or personal drug scandals, this one could be your jam!

Grounded with Louis Theroux. There's something about Louis's deadpan, laid back, frankly lazy style mixed in with the way he's secretly VERY thorough and on top of his shit that mixes well with all his guests (I can't even pick my fave, but if I could listen to approximately 25 more hours, it would be with Leah Rimini because they both have dealt with Scientology, and they're both hilarious about it, but trust me, he's 10 for 10 with everyone, even Ruby Wax).

Sex and Lies and DM Slides. This one I love because it's so weirdly niche, it feels SO INCREDIDBLY '90s Britpop cocaine socialism, etc., that I'm always wondering if the guest is going to have THE perfect Kate Moss/Pete Dougherty anecdote, but I've listened to two episodes so far, and I really enjoyed them both, so who am I to judge? Retro, let's just say! Maybe it'll bother me when I'm caught up on other pods, but the Lou Teasdale and Raven Smith eps were standouts.

Keep It! This one's on my "to listen to" list, so it could be godawful, but I'm intrigued with the variety of topics...that said, everyone loves/recs the New York Times popcast, and I find it insufferable, so we'll have to just see how fast I delete it!
