[ad_1] GG News Bureau Tikamgarh, 3rd Feb. In a bizarre turn of events, a man in Madhya Pradesh’s Tikamgarh district demanded half of his father’s dead body following a dispute with his brother over the last rites. The incident took place on Sunday in Lidhorataal village, located about 45 km from the district headquarters, prompting the intervention of the police. The conflict arose after Dhyani Singh Ghosh (84), who had been ill for some time, passed away at his residence, where he lived with his younger son, Deshraj. Upon receiving news of the death, the elder son, Kishan, who lived outside the village, arrived to find a disagreement brewing. Kishan insisted on performing the last rites, but Deshraj claimed that it was their father’s final wish for him to handle the cremation. The situation escalated when Kishan, reportedly inebriated, demanded that the body be divided in half, with each brother taking a portion. Villagers alerted the police, and Jatara police station in-charge Arvind Singh Dangi said the authorities intervened swiftly. They were able to convince Kishan to leave the scene, allowing Deshraj to carry out the cremation. The situation was defused without further incident. Modi 3.0 With 72 Ministers Takes Oath, 9 New Faces In Cabinet
Prime Minister Narendra Modi took oath today along with 71 ministers of the new coalition government. Thirty of them are Cabinet Ministers, five independent charge, and 36 Ministers of State. The portfolios will be announced later.
Tumblr media
PM Modi, 73, will head a coalition government in his third term, or Modi 3.0, for the first time since he became Prime Minister in 2014 following a huge "Brand Modi" victory after 10 years of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) rule.
He is the second Prime Minister after Jawaharlal Nehru to be elected for a third term in a row.
The oath ceremony is being held at the lawns of the Rashtrapati Bhavan, with the weather office forecasting a maximum temperature of 42 degree Celsius in the national capital.
President Droupadi Murmu administered the oath to PM Modi. Rajnath Singh and Amit Shah took oath after him. Nitin Gadkari was the fourth leader to be administered the oath of office by the President. JP Nadda, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Nirmala Sitharaman, S Jaishankar, and Manohar Lal Khattar followed in taking oath.
HD Kumaraswamy of the Janata Dal (Secular), who took oath after Mr Khattar, was the first leader from any of the BJP's allies in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) to take oath. Soon after, Janata Dal (United) leader Lalan Singh, a close aide of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, also took oath.
Sarbananda Sonowal was the first leader from the northeast to take oath today, Kiren Rijiju the second.
Virendra Kumar, a prominent Scheduled Castes face of the BJP and eight-time MP, was inducted into the Narendra Modi government. He won the election from Madhya Pradesh's Tikamgarh reserved seat.
Supporters of leaders who have been called to the stage clapped and cheered loudly, as they saw their leaders walk towards the mic to be administered oath by the President.
Jyotiraditya Scindia's induction into the Modi 3.0 council of minister has cemented his importance in the BJP since he left the Congress four years ago, marking the beginning of his second stint in the Union cabinet.
Hardeep Singh Puri, the former diplomat who helped India navigate through two back-to-back oil crises, was among the ministers sworn in today.
Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) chief Chirag Paswan has solidified his status as the "real" political heir of his father, Ram Vilas Paswan, after he was inducted into the Narendra Modi government today. With this, Chirag Paswan makes a remarkable comeback in Bihar's turbulent political landscape.
Leaders from India's neighbourhood and the Indian Ocean Region including Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe, the Maldives President Mohamed Muizzu, and Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina attended the event.

Janaki Mandir in Nepal!
Tumblr media
The Janaki Mandir is a famous Hindu temple located in Janakpur, Nepal. It is dedicated to Goddess Sita, the wife of Lord Rama in Hindu mythology. The temple holds significant religious and cultural importance, particularly for followers of the Hindu faith.
Janaki Mandir is renowned for its stunning architecture, which reflects a blend of Mughal and Rajput styles. The temple's construction began in the early 20th century by Queen Brisabhanu Kunwari of Tikamgarh, India, and it was completed in 1911 AD (1978 BS in the Nepali calendar). The temple stands on the spot believed to be the birthplace of Sita, making it an important pilgrimage site for Hindus.
The architecture of the Janaki Mandir is characterized by its intricately carved stone and marble work, domes, and spires, which make it a visually striking monument. The temple complex also includes several other shrines and pavilions, adding to its architectural and religious significance.
Every year, especially during festivals like Vivah Panchami (the divine wedding anniversary of Lord Rama and Sita), thousands of devotees from Nepal and India visit Janaki Mandir to pay homage to Goddess Sita and seek her blessings. The temple is not only a religious center but also a symbol of cultural heritage and architectural marvel in Nepal.

[ad_1] GG News Bureau Bhopal, 2nd Nov. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has issued a directive to address irregularities in the distribution and sale of fertilizers across Madhya Pradesh. Chairing a review meeting upon his return from Germany at the Samatva Bhavan in his official residence, Dr. Yadav emphasized the need for stringent measures against those found guilty of malpractice in fertilizer distribution. Focus on Increasing Distribution Centers Highlighting the adequacy of fertilizer availability in the state, the Chief Minister stressed the importance of swiftly expanding distribution centers where needed. Madhya Pradesh has increased its sales outlets from 470 last year to 761 this year. These centers, managed by the Marketing Federation, Marketing Societies, and MP Agro, are functioning smoothly, ensuring farmers receive the required supplies. Tackling Malpractices and Ensuring Quality Control The meeting revealed that 71 FIRs have been filed this season for illegal storage, transportation, and black marketing of fertilizers. Quality control efforts led to over 10,000 fertilizer samples being analyzed, resulting in the suspension of 45 licenses. Dr. Yadav urged officials to address complaints received through social media and public channels promptly. Adequate Fertilizer Supply for Farmers The state currently holds 32.44 lakh metric tons of fertilizers, with 21.34 lakh metric tons already distributed and 11.10 lakh metric tons in reserve. Plans are in place to ensure an additional 20 lakh metric tons in December, supported by the central government. Dr. Yadav expressed his intention to request continued assistance from Union Chemicals and Fertilizers Minister J.P. Nadda and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw for seamless fertilizer supply. Action Against Defaulters and Innovative Initiatives Over the past week, 11 FIRs have been filed for offenses such as illegal storage and sale, counterfeit fertilizers, and non-compliance with POS machine sales requirements. Districts like Vidisha, Jabalpur, Chhatarpur, and others have seen strict actions against offenders. Meanwhile, innovative measures include additional counters in Tikamgarh for smoother distribution and workshops for farmers in Chhindwara on Rabi crop preparations. Key Directives from the Chief Minister Expedite fertilizer transportation by road if rail racks are delayed. Expand the number of distribution centers, even by renting premises if necessary. Promptly resolve complaints received via social media and public platforms. Encourage crop rotation, natural farming, and Kodon-Kutki production. Ensure timely payments for procured produce. Promote contract farming and summer maize cultivation. Demonstrate modern agricultural techniques and equipment to farmers. The review meeting was attended by Cooperation Minister Vishwas Sarang, Chief Secretary Anurag Jain, and senior officials from the Chief Minister’s Office. This proactive stance by the Madhya Pradesh government aims to safeguard farmers’ interests while ensuring efficient fertilizer distribution across the state.
