ITS HIS SECOND DAY!#another coworker asked what his reasons for switching to here were and it was literally just ‘work life balance is better’ and ‘it seems chi#chill’*#which like. everyone else is here bc they want to help people 😭#idk im just worried he’s not gonna hold his own basically. aksjksjd and so is everyone else#one guy was like ‘it kind of. seems like he’s here to do nothing?’#deeply concerning actually given that he’s been hired to fill in the blanks of leaving TWO people#two people leaving* sorry i can’t think in a straight line
