🙏🏼🥕LEFT OVER ART: LENTILS🥕🙏🏼 It’s magical. It’s heavenly. I had a portioning left over lentils. AND coconut oil, combined the two in a frying pan, 20 minutes slow baking. MAGIC HAPPENED. Crunchy bad ass lentils burgers or cookies. Perfect for Christmas dinner, as a side dish or a part of the main menu. The lentil dish itself was also easy: cooked red lentils, with bit of Indian curry and himalaya salt. Ooooo so hippie so good, even normal people would love a bit. . . .
