I crashed yesterday so I never got to post the calendar picture but I had an appointment with my therapist that day and this is the little marble game she has in there.

#I've been trying to use my resources better and more often #throughout school I treated her office as a personal hangout spot #but now that i can look back i regret not ever talking about things with her #it would've helped me if i actually used coping mechanisms #anyway enough of that #you don't want to hear me cry about my life thats why I pay her to care about it #yead of the David Olenick calendar
