#um.txt #throat very tight. handled nuts earlier so ive been extra anxious about it all day #finally caved and googled and finally found other people who developed a phobia of anaphylaxis bc of anxiety breathing issues lol #everyone acts like im insane for this. i told a therapist once and they were like i dont know thats scary #i think its a very natural response to a mental illness that makes you feel like you cant breathe as a major symptom...
